When I am there I usually will get some Clinique products and I also take a look at their very own Sephora line of products and sometimes buy from that as well. The store is always neatly organized, very well set up and clean. I like that they have little stations set up with mirrors, applicators and makeup removers so that you can try products on before making decisions as to what looks best or what to buy. The sales associates on the sales floor are also very good with product recommendations and tips. They are always very knowledgeable and willing to assist their customers. The checkout process is always easy and lines move fast even when the store is busy. Sephora also has a loyalty program that you can join that allows you to earn points on your purchases that can later be redeemed for free products and every year you will get a birthday gift during your birthday month. They give you a couple of choices for what you would like for your gift which is great. I always have a great experience at this location and I will certainly be back.

7/22/2019 , My very first time visiting the store to sign up for an account, I was treated sooo…read morerude and poorly by the clerk and she refused to open an account for me that I had to end up going to next closest location to sign up during rush hour traffic, I hold a unique license as I'm not required to have a cosmetology or esthetician license , I have a cosmetic tattoo artist license as I own a Aesthetics spa that performs permanent make up, teeth whitening, and spray tanning and I was visiting the area and was looking for some spray tan solution , I went to sign up and the store clerk has to call a manager from a different location to verify if they could accept my artist license since she was unsure, and was told they couldn't because I wasn't a cosmetologist or esthetician which was fine different stores have different policy, I did want to call the 1800 number just to verify that this information was correct and I was told that indeed I could sign up due to the nature of my profession, so I went back to the store to sign up boy did I get the look of death I was treated soooo rude I couldn't believe it and was told again I couldn't sign up because wasn't a cosmetologist I told the clerk she's incorrect and I just call the 800 number to verify, well she wasn't having it and didn't care about anything I was telling her , she refused to give me her name when I asked ! At this point Im filing a complaint , I must say the agents from the 800 number were extremely nice and so caring even called the Malden location to make sure I got my account up and running , Which I had to drive in rush hour traffic and was treated very kindly from the staff at that location I hope the mangers from the Woburn location will educate that store clerk on better customer service and policy for which professional can sign up for an account , Im truly upset for how I was treated yesterday.

Consistent facials also helped my skin so much (as someone who had congested and acne-prone skin, exacerbated by constant mask wearing). Extractions are very thorough, and painful if it's your first time, but the skincare she uses is super calming and refreshing. IMO, the most improvement is not seen directly after treatment but in the days or weeks following! The treatments helped prevent future blemishes, and makes current or ones deep beneath the skin heal better. Also a super calming environment that I've definitely dozed off in a couple of times. So they assigned the nurse practitioner Kate Mc Cabe who looks like she is right out of school and honestly knew less than my son whom had done his extensive research. She insisted on a lotion, rather than the Accutane saying if the lotion does not work, we will prescribe the accutane. 7 weeks later, I go back to the office to get the accutane prescription as his acne had got worst, and I explained that it was creating anxiety and stress for my son and the family. She said we had to make a new appointment to get the prescription, which obviously was their plan all along so they can charge us another $50 co-payment and invoice a fortune to our insurrance. I would stay away from this scam dermatologist obviously abusing the system.

You can see the display when you first walk in with a video playing on your right. The women working Eunjoo she told us she's the owner showed us a brochure and explained about the product and was very nice. She told us if you are not happy with the product you can return it in 40 days, but there's nothing that says that so I had her wright it on the receipt. The price was 650.00 plus tax 690.63 it's very expensive but if it really works and does what she said it would do its worth the price. So we brought it home to try it out after charging it. We discovered it didn't work at all, and the charging cord had been unraveled this product had been used. So we bought it back the next day to show her that it doesn't work she tested it herself and discovered it did not work. So she says I'm going to tell you the truth, I've been using this to show and test to my customers and this is the only one that doesn't work. Well we couldn't believe what we just heard we were very upset. Then she says i was going to call you to tell you to get a new one because the one sold you was already used. This owner is a scam artist and she knows exactly what's she's doing. She didn't even charge my credit card, she said I knew you were going to come back. I'm 66 and I've never seen anything like this in my entire life. Be very aware of this store because if someone writes down all your information from your credit card and phone # and zip code be very aware it's a scam. P. S. No apologies from this woman. She keeped saying i didn't charge you what's the problem. Unbelievable.
