From the moment I stepped thru the door, this place just had a good feel to me, if that makes sense. It was bright and cheerful, and felt very spa-like. The receptionist was nice and answered my many questions. There was hardly any waiting for the doctor. I was pleasantly surprised upon meeting Dr. Lin! In my experience drs can be cold, super serious, impatient and will rush you along. Dr. Lin was none of those things! He was very personable, cheerful, smiling, had a sense of humor and encouraged my questions which he answered in a way I could understand. He even was kind enough to answer questions about procedures other than the one I was having that day. I became extremely comfortable with him. The procedure itself was tolerable. Unfortunately, pain is part of getting injected with Xeomin; there's no avoiding it no matter who does it. Dr. Lin did do all he could to keep the pain at a minimum. All thru the procedure, he patiently explained what he was doing every step of the way. Again, I never felt rushed as I have many, many times at other establishments. When finished, Dr. Lin thanked me and said goodbye. I was back at the front desk paying my bill and I had another question about something they were advertising. The sweet receptionist offered to take me to the back so I could see the device and get a feel for it, all while she explained all the benefits of the procedure along with her personal experience. I really appreciated the extra effort on her part. All in all, the whole visit was a pleasant, yet professional one. I have done hair prp with Dr.Lin 6 times . It is recommended to get three treatment within 4-6 weeks apart. I did three treatments 3 years ago and I saw good result. Fast forward three years later I notice my hair was thin again so I sign up for another 3 treatment. It is recommended to keep up with these treatments, I think once every 6 to 9 months afterward which I will do this time lol . It is painful but I am used to it now lol . He takes 60 cc of blood which is a lot of blood, so you will get much better result with Dr. Lin. He also finishes of with micro needling so he is very detail with his work to make sure you get good result. If you call around for quotes or consults, most places only take like 20 cc of blood. I find that his prices is very affordable bc of how much work he does. So if you are thinning don't wait , call him for a consult !!!! I should of give him a review years ago, but this is the least I can do to show I am thankful . read more

I went here for xeomin about a month ago. During the treatment I noticed that the injection felt a little funny. After I felt he did it a little too high. After three weeks there was absolutely no effect. My masseter muscle was still fully active, and my face looked no different. I went to another doctor, and they said that the muscle was very strong. Dr. Thomas Lin had done the injection incorrectly and could have caused a serious problem by putting the xeomin in the wrong place. I had contacted him and explained and gave the information of the doctor who had just examined me again. After arguing with me he agreed to refund half but I still paid money for absolutely nothing and do not feel like I should have had to pay anything as the injecting was not done properly. On top of the agony this caused me. Its been three days since I had the xeomin redone by the new doctor and I already feel it working. read more

PLEASE READ Regarding Laser Tattoo Removal experience. I started coming to this clinic for almost a year or more. I felt comfortable coming back to receive another laser removal treatment as it would be my 3rd treatment. This was on an area about 6 sq inches. This time was the most horrible experience that left me with awful scares and completely devastated. When all could have been avoided sadly I had to suffer from neglect in this clinic. (I wanted to wait until my tattoo was completely healed to write a review that way I can see the extent of the damage which honestly makes me sad to look at every time I see it) My appointment was at 12 and I didn't leave until nearly 1.5 hours later. I was told to wait in a room, that unfortunately the doctor was "down the street" I said it was okay. However completely unprofessional considering I had an appointment at a specific time that I was ready for. I was waiting for almost 30 minutes before Dr. L came in demanding I pay more money for the treatment since our last visit he "charged me way too little" honestly I was fine with the added charge because I didn't mind paying a little extra in a time like this. After he established I will pay more the doctor leaves and his assistant spreads numbing cream and advises me to wait 15 minutes and the doctor will be in. I was waiting nearly 30 more minutes and I can hear the doctor starting another procedure with another patient while I am waiting, this made me feel very unimportant as a client. I had to come out of the room and ask the doctor MYSELF that I had been waiting for so long. I was convinced I had been forgotten. He comes in and jumps right into the laser treatment which took only a couple minutes. I honestly wish I walked out before. I can remember the pain during this treatment because Dr. L actually went over a treated area twice bursting the first blister and leaving me with open wounds. After the treatment is finished I notice I am bleeding a lot. Dr. L tells me "bleeding is normal" However, I have had this done a few times and NEVER bled before. I come out of the clinic feeling unsatisfied and in my car examining myself, literally shaking from the pain. I have had this treatment done before many times and never had this kind of experience. My skin was so burned there were open wounds in numerous sections of my tattoo. It was definitely a third degree burn. Leaving my skin black and scabbed when healing I won't ever return here. I am so so sad with my experience and how the doctor treated me poorly. I understand we take risks with procedures like this however I was only left scared due to the lack of care of this doctor. My skin will never be the same again. Obviously the doctor cared more about the amount of money I was giving him than me as a patient. Please beware before getting laser treatment done here. read more

At first I was nervous because of not knowing the area the place was in. Once I got there I was pleasantly surprised. Very bright and welcoming. Staff was very friendly and prompt. The doctor was really nice, and knowledgeable about the procedure. I received 20 units of Xeomin to my forehead. The doctor guarantees the results and he should because my forehead looks great. It feels natural. Took 3 days to kick in. I usually do Botox but I think the units are too expensive. Xeomin is basically the same thing but the price is cheaper here per unit. I went to the El Monte location around early or middle of September for lip fillers. I wasn't looking to have a drastic lip but just a little bit plump it's only been no more than 2 months and I can't even tell that I have any fillers!!
