I've been coming to see Jen now for years for lash lifts and I won't go anywhere else. She is not only such a professional technician, but she's also the literal kindest sweetest human! She makes you feel comfortable immediately, and is very careful and meticulous with her work. The studio is very clean and peaceful, and she is the only lash tech I've ever had who will wash her hands each time between moving from different clients. I've been coming here for a little over a year and have always had a pleasant experience with Jennifer, the owner. She is timely, punctual and very professional. The boutique vibes are relaxing and not chaotic at all. Every time I come, she is ready for me so there is no wait time which helps my very busy schedule. Been coming here for my eyebrows since 2018. So glad I found this place because my eyebrows were pretty busted. Yes, you can go to a $10 threading place, but I find those places are only good if you have a pretty nice natural shape and brows already. They won't take the time to design your shape for you or give you advice. Every time I come back to visit family, I get my eyebrows done here. I don't get them done anywhere else in fear my brows will look terrible. Included some photos from two separate visits. My brows used to be razor thin until Jen told me to grow them out . Fast and friendly service, was in and out in 10 mins. Got a Brazilian wax only. Though it is my 1st time here, it isn't the first Brazilian wax I get, so I'm used to the pain or discomfort of it while it's happening, but this one felt particularly painful . Maybe I'm a bit more sensitive than other people and it's been a few months. I would recommend this place, with the caveat that I've had less painful ones done in other places before and I'm not used to having to give a deposit for an appointment or pay in cash at end of service. But I needed something nearby and soon. Good: the place is clean and very pristine and the lady is very friendly. Bad: I did have to get home and ice the area cause I was sore/swollen and the skin sensitivity didn't go away until the next morning. If it's your first time, you may want to take a pain killer ahead and mentally prep yourself for this one. read more

She is consistent, which is so hard to find--I've struggled in the past with getting my brows shaped exactly the way I wanted but that's not an issue anymore. She knows how much to pluck, wax, shape, arches that fit my face shape, etc. She also introduced me to a brow makeup brand called Billion Dollar Beauty which literally has the best brow pomades and powder--the color taupe is a neutral medium brown that will suit lots of brunettes. May 2024** Oh wow! Five stars! I gifted myself a little half-day Spa Saturday and went here having never been! Booked Diane McAdams for a full leg/bikini wax followed by a wonderful facial. What a pro she is. A very experienced waxer, she knows exactly what she's doing down there in your lady bits. And the facial, using Dermalogica products, was spa-level execution. I feel wonderful, leaving all clean and fresh! No leftover wax, she finishes waxing with a toner and light oiling. Decided recently that I needed to start getting my eyebrows done now that places are opened again. I had an appointment for eyebrows (wax), Jen, the owner was extremely detail oriented and did a pristine job with helping me look tamed again. I went back a second time to see her, this time for the keratin lash lift. I was in and out within 45 mins. I was blown away with how amazing it came out. Jen explained each step of the way and checking into see if I'm okay and comfortable as she went through each step. She also advised on the best way to take care of my natural lashes to nurture and prolong them, which I appreciated. She was so sweet and generous with her knowledge. Easily the easiest service to review and refer to friends. Look, I've been getting lash lifts for the past 8 years. I was based in SF and had the same lady for 6 years. When I moved to LA, I literally could not find anyone who could lift my lashes the same way (the subtle but perfect curl lift so its not sticking straight up and making sure the corners were all included in the lift). I tried about 4-5 places and wasn't satisfied with any. I was so disappointed and felt pretty hopeless I even spent a couple months getting lash extensions. I knew I just looked better with the natural lash lift look so I decided to give Jen a try. I texted her and she literally responded within 10 minutes. Booking a session literally takes less than a minute, she confirms all the info and instructions on getting to the studio. Parking is easy (and free), space is very clean and relaxing, service is incredibly phenomenal - Jen is SO welcoming, listens to exactly what you want, and delivers it. The price is worth the quality you get, if you're someone who cares about the quality of the outcome, its 1000% worth it. Those who are serious about their lash lifts know the small details matter and she gets every single lash lifted perfectly. There's not many places or services I'd recommend in a heartbeat.
