It's located inside a small plaza right next to the freeway, plenty of parking in the front and back! I called and scheduled an appointment to get quoted, they're super transparent about pricing and what to expect, and prices were a lot better than some other places I've reached out to. Paid for 6 sessions of treatment on the upper lip, underarms, Brazilian, and legs, every 4-6 weeks to start and it was super convenient to schedule for all the sessions. I just completed all the introductory sessions 2 months ago, and honestly I've never been so happy with the results! My strawberry skin is slowly getting better, and now the majority of my legs are flawless! No more buying shaving creams and razors! My under arms and Brazilian are a little bit more stubborn but I'm able to schedule touch ups as needed to take care of those soon too! They're super patient and always addressed any questions I've had, highly recommend for anyone that's thinking about laser hair removal!

At no point during my appointment did she tell me that she was administering additional units beyond what was included in the promotion. She never asked for my approval, never explained that there would be an extra charge, and never gave me the opportunity to decide whether I wanted to pay an additional $252. I left the office happy, believing I had received the $200 promotional treatment I had agreed to. It wasn't until after I had left that I discovered my card had been charged an additional $252 without my authorization. Had I been informed beforehand, I could have made an informed decision. Instead, I felt blindsided by a charge I never agreed to. I also wasn't satisfied with the results. The injector did not place the Botox exactly where I requested. Instead of treating the areas we discussed, I experienced tightness in areas that were not my primary concern. What disappointed me most was the lack of transparency. The injector had every opportunity to explain that she intended to use additional units and that doing so would increase the cost, but that conversation never happened. As a patient, I believe I should have been informed and asked for my consent before any additional product was used or any extra charges were incurred. I disputed the charge, yet no one has taken accountability, and I have still not received a phone call from the office manager to discuss what happened. For a facility with such a strong reputation, this experience has left me feeling that transparency and trust were lacking. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning.

My first impression was a stunning and ethereal place that immediately hit me as I walked through the door and left the street behind. The lighting and finishes emerge you in a serene and tranquil space. The manager greeted me immediately and we discussed my needs and what was lost in translation previously. There are numerous treatment rooms set up for different services- I thought this was really decadent, given that many of the spas and medi- spas I've been to use the same room for everything. Linh is so gracious, kind, knowledgeable and so honest. I love her honesty and as she was injecting me, she would tell me step by step what she is doing and letting me know if it may be a bit painful (which I did not feel at all) and she would also tell me the recovery period and what to do and not do. She also did my lips which I loved for it was so natural and I didn't want them over-injected. She knew how much volume to do and made sure everything still looked natural. She injects so well that you don't feel pain that she makes it so easy for you to trust her completely. Her appointment booking is so easy. Dr. Derek Ho took the time to really explain everything deeply. I've been to A LOT of skincare and dermatology clinics all over the world and this place was the best in educating me in what works for my skin. The first step of my visit was a scan with their face machine. It showed me my problem areas such as wrinkles and dark spots, as well as skin age and what I would look like in 30 years. Then, based off of that they recommended Picosure to target the sunspots on my face. It was my first time getting Picosure and I'm definitely coming back for more! It felt like a spicy facial with minimal downtime. I definitely saw fading in my dark spots, especially on my cheekbones. I also received UltraClear laser and steroid shots for a scar on my chest that was starting to become a keloid. The shots helped to flatten the scar and the laser helped to fade it. From my understanding, UltraClear can also be used on the face to help fine lines and wrinkles. I also received a bit of Botox on the forehead to round out my day of treatments! This dermatology clinic is incredibly clean and modern. I felt like all the staff took great care of me and were super welcoming. Let me tell you how much I absolutely LOVED my Ann Karen Day Spa visit…read more I arrived at noon time, and there were NO clients at that particular moment. I had the whole place to myself! So naturally, I felt like a VIP. I took a nice, warm shower in the super-clean shower stalls. Afterwards, I soaked in the hot tub for about 10-15 minutes, as I was accompanied -- the whole entire time -- by a lovely woman who "was assigned to me" to make sure my entire stay was extraordinary. (By the way, my attendant regularly served me cups of tea. . . talk about personalized client service!) So, from the in-floor hot tub, I went into the steam sauna; I could've chosen to walk into the dry sauna, but I just didn't feel like it. Once again, I had the whole sauna room to myself! I loved that! Then, I was directed to go to the Quiet Room to relax and meditate for 15-20 minutes before my full-body scrub (which included a deep soak in a wooden tub), and full-body massage. I HAD A FANTASTIC TIME. I stayed for a little over three hours!!! Ann Karen Day Spa was simply a beautiful place. It was tastefully decorated. Every attendant was so friendly. And even though I communicated in English, and they communicated back in Chinese, we didn't have any major difficulties with the language barrier. I would DEFINITELY go back here. The front desk staff was friendly…read more The women's and men's areas have separate entrances and lead to different waiting areas, with their own saunas, steam rooms, and jacuzzis. The Himalayan salt room is the only shared area. The interior is well maintained, although it feels a bit outdated. the cleaning staff was attentive and kept the spa clean. I arrived 45 minutes before my massage so I could use the Himalayan salt room and sauna, and take a shower before my 60-minute massage. Overall, my experience was good. They charge $50 for a day pass. I would love to go back and use the spa again sometime in the future.
