The therapist used only her elbows and forearms throughout the entire massage, without using her hands at all. I found this extremely uncomfortable and intense--there was no variation in technique, I ended up with increased soreness and pain in areas that weren't bothering me before, rather than any relief. While I understand different therapists have different styles, this approach felt overly aggressive for my needs and wasn't what I expected from a professional massage. I wouldn't return or recommend this location based on this experience. Others might want to clearly communicate their pressure preferences upfront or choose a different provider."

Three employees were sitting down chatting away while I waited for my appt. I said, I'm not here to dye my hair. I'm here for a haircut. He said, I know. You need keratin and once your hair gets healthy I could try.
