Angel is so thoughtful and takes pride in her work. I've had her alter about four pieces and I'm always so impressed.

I had Angel check out the fit on the new suit I had made based on my measurements. She could have easily sold me on unnecessary alterations (because what do I know) but assured me that it fit very well and yes, it's fashionable to have a little sock showing. She was very friendly, and even gave me my measurements to take elsewhere since she doesn't make shirts from scratch herself. Will definitely be going back for my alteration needs. read more

I was running late and called just as she was closing. She stayed open later to wait for my arrival, which I thought was very nice even though I was willing to come back another time. She ended up having to hand sew one of my items to repair it and didn't overcharge me for having to do it, which I appreciated. I came here after searching for a tailor in the local area. It wasn't easy. I've lost a good amount of weight and needed my suits altered. Originally, I had a bunch of other clothes I also wanted to have altered. Glad I came. Very friendly and awesome service. I brought in a bunch of clothes and she told me that she could do the work but it's probably so expensive that it wasn't worth it (make my shirts more fitted and take in the shoulder, mid section, and arms of the jackets). After having me try on some shirts and sports coats and giving me a quote, I decided she was right. Appreciated the honesty. However, for my suits, it made sense. I had my pants and sleeves altered and I feel the difference when I wear it and it looks like a custom suit and not one off the rack. Very nice. Highly recommended. read more

The lady that owns this place was very nice and you can tell she knows exactly what she's talking about. I had some new cargo pants for work and after going to numerous alteration shops, they either made no difference in the size I wanted it to be or told me it would be too difficult and they didn't want to mess it up. After taking it to her, she thoroughly explained her plan to make it how I wanted it by altering more than just the legs and waist. My pants ended up fitting exactly the way I wanted and her prices are cheaper than what other stores tried to charge me. Big plus for customer service and the quality of her work. Angel is simply AMAZING. True to her name! I'm a swim instructor and I only get a new suit every six months...and let's just say it wears out way before the 6 month mark. If any of the seams get loose or if the thing just plain rips down the back, she fixes it quick and with zero problems after! Best work EVER! I CANNOT RECOMMEND HER MORE! I was worried that I would take my beautiful dress to the wrong person and they would ruin it. Oh my gosh. How is there a way to express how perfect of a human and how GOOD of a seamstress Angel is!? I had her alter my wedding dress! Along with my mothers dress for the wedding, a robe to get ready in, and a couple pairs of jeans too for fun! My dress was a two piece- that had full boning in the top, and was tule on the bottom. She took all the boning out of the top and took the top part in to fit me like a glove. She hemmed my tule skirt perfectly and during the wedding it was the PERFECT length. She did all of this in great time and also a fantastic price for how ridiculously good she was. SHE SAVED MY WEDDING!!!!!!!! Friars Tux Shop RUINED my suit!! After all my final measurements they guaranteed me a great fitting on the day of pick up. I was scheduled to pick up my suit 2 days before my wedding and EVERYTHING related to my fitting was wrong. My suit did not fit on any part of my body, not even close. After Friars told me there was nothing they could do, I went out and found Angels Alteration and I couldn't be happier that I did. She pulled off a Miracle for me and had my suit ready by 3:30 the next day. I know for a fact she was super busy and she managed to make this happen for me because of my situation!!
