I used to come here very often then stopped when owners switched. After not getting a mani pedi for almost two years because of pandemic, i came back to give it a try today. The place is clean enough and the service was going okay. I got a manicure pedicure. On a Thursday it was just one nail technician who was not engaging in any conversation. This was fine. He was gentle and all was going fine. As I waited for nails to dry he didn't massage my back, which is something this place used to do. When i was ready to go he didn't help me with my socks and shoes at all! I am pregnant and he didn't help me at all. No one else in the salon and he didn't help me at all. This was really frustrating. My pedicure ended up smooshing, realized when I got home. I won't be recommending this place. read more

I wasn't going to leave a review but I have to. I've been going to this place for months and finally I've had enough. I feel bad even writing this because Angela is the only one that does a good job. But what the man did to my nails is actually terrifying. I came in here for a simple gel manicure and I left with my hands completely butchered. He took 2 whole hours for this process. My nail beds & cuticles are destroyed. When I tried to explain that I was upset with how they were painted he drilled them off. Don't worry I'll include a picture of the disaster I left with! My nails were long and beautiful before this interaction. I think the best part of this entire situation is that they let a man that has 0 experience paint my nails & try to charge me $40. It was cheaper than other nail salons in flushing so I gave it a try but the worst decision ever. I should've trusted the new reviews. I only did 1 color gel mani so I don't know their art skills. But they didn't remove the previous gel color well so there's different colors left on around the sides of my nails. Also the tips were not covered well so it started breaking in like a week. Another time I went in for removal, and they rubbed it so harshly with the nail file and my nails got so damaged.... They used to be good, but since they change owners the new lady is too cheap to purchase new sanitizing machines and as a result I received an infection along with my manicure! I used to come here a lot when I lived in the area. I've noticed that they don't open on Sundays anymore, or maybe I always drive by on holidays? They are very clean and professional. The owner, Jenny (I believe is her name) is very nice and accomodating. She will even wait for you if it's close to closing time and you give her a ring to let her know you'll be right there. They have the usual mani/pedi service. The girls here are super friendly and nice. They also charge normal Queens rates. There is usually street parking in the area. Found this place recently, clean salon, saw the previous reviews and asked the owner about the reviews which she said that she was the new owner and it was indeed in a bad state previously, but they cleaned up very well and sanitize all equipment, they even use a once use callus scrub sheet which I found very hygienic and most salons don't use, they replace the sheet in-front of you and replace it with a brand new one before use! There aren't any recent reviews so I shouldn't have trusted the ones here. Currently this place is horrible. I went this past Wednesday to get a gel manicure. I went at 6 PM and there were only two Chinese ladies working. I asked for a deep french and the lady did not know what that was. She was sweet but her skills are very lacking. First she was cutting my cuticles and cut too much. I told her it hurt but she didn't clean off the blood and added a few drops of some liquid on it and proceeded to do my nails as if nothing happened. She didn't even sanitize my cut. If I told her it hurt she would say it's okay it's not bad. The lighting in the place was bad so I couldn't tell how bad the cut (and later on my nails) was. Now I have dry blood trapped within my skin. Then she painted one nail and it looked fine so I let her continue. All of my nails are uneven and lopsided and the lines are not crisp but fuzzy. I regret paying for my nails and regret not noticing the mess earlier (I went right before closing so it was too late to go back to complain). Right now I am concerned about the cut on my finger because it is still sore days after. Horrible service and not hygienic. Never going back and will never recommend to anyone. read more

I would really like to give this place 3.5 stars. I like the selection of colors, the people are nice and the manicures/pedicures are pretty good. My main complaint is that they spend less than a minute on your heels and callouses. The reason why I go for pedicures is for the overall foot treatment and like to walk out with soft, smooth feet. They use a hot gel that is tied to your heels in a plastic bag and though it works initially, only 2 hours after the pedicure I am thinking about getting another one. The gel feels nice, but thy need to spend more time on the dry, rough spots. read more

Worst place ever. Although the ladies were nice, but the work done sucks. My mother asked it her natural nails to be shaped round and they couldn't figure it out, they made them squared rounded. I mean her nails were already the shape she wanted. All she had to do was to file the same shape, what's the problem. Then my mom asked for a regular French manicure, she could do that either. The lady that does tips only had to come and finish the job. I got a regular manicure with a marshmallow nail color and the color looks like it I did my own nails. Harry does the best nails!!!! I travel from Saint Albans Queens every 2-3 weeks for my refills, pedicures, and waxing. Him and his wife are very accommodating and serve you water and candy while you're getting pampered. My fills last 3-4 weeks sometimes and my nails are strong underneath. This is the worst nail salon I've ever been! The owner is super disrespectful, one of the girls did my manicure and couldn't paint my nails because she had an appointment so the owner painted then, I did a French manicure and they cut my nails so short tat I didn't wanted a thick French because the nail was going to look even shorter.. anyway, the other ladies barely speak English and that wasn't a concern for me till I asked the lady who was going to do my pedicure how I wanted my nails which was square, just like they were when I got there, just a little shorter, but she cut them so short that was already hurting, I told here that I was leaving because she was just starting and already fucked my nails, I left the place really mad and the owner didn't care about anything, in the other hand she was annoyed because I complained. The gel manicure is supposed to cost $25 and they charge me $30, at the end I didn't even wanted to ask what was the extra $5 dollars for.. Long story short, I think that if you are paying your money for a service they shouldn't give the costumers any bad attitude, after all they are expecting tip from each costumer, and it's their job. The sandles they offer looked like they used them to come to work or brought them from home and are using them on customers . They do an excellent job on manicures here. They last at least a week for me with no chipping and they're very thorough. Pricing is good $20 for a manicure & pedicure. They close early around 7:30 which is early for me because I work and often I would like my nails done but they're closed. I think I'll try a gel manicure next time. read more

I love this place. The workers are super sweet! I'm always offered with a cup of water, or candy to chew on while I get my pedi done. Harry is the best if you're gonna do anything with acrylic. Their acrylic doesn't break off as easily as other places i've been to. They also tie plastic wrap with wax on your heel after theyre done with your pedi, and it leaves your foot feeling so soft!
