Most of the residents look beat up and bruised from falling because they weren't being watched. The staff are thieves. Management could care less about anything. I was told one thing several times, but they never stick to their word they do what they want. I've never met a bunch of more uncaring people in my whole entire life. The facility is nice, opening in 2016, but their management has taken a serious turn for the worse. The ownership of this facility is Morningstar Senior Management of Denver, CO. They provide no e-mail address, no complaint channel via e-mail, web or telephone, and no one on their executive team will either take a phone call or return a message.
