We lounged in our robes as we waited for our services to begin which was right on time. I had the body scrub and massage 1st and 2nd. Leo do both of those services and he was fantastic. He gave me a deep tissue massage which I needed for my muscles to relax. It was great and my body felt like butter afterwards. He was very kind and attentive to my needs. After that I had a facial which made my skin look 20 years younger and healthy. After that we got to lounge drinking mimosas, tea, water or coffee and then got whisked away to relax in the salt cave. Both my friend and I felt lighter and relieved of any stress we had. Then we got a meal that we chose off the menu. It was a half day of pampering and didn't want to leave. I didn't take any pics as I locked our phones away so we could truely relax. Tip: arrive early at least 30 mins to fill out paperwork and change and get a little relax time.

I was horrified to pay $76 for a set of nails. These are not fancy ones, just plain painted nails…read more I have had a terrible problem with my nails splitting at the tips so I cannot grow them out. I was visiting a friend and asked her about hers. She said I have to get mine done, come with me. We arrived at Rio nails rather late with her 2 daughters in tow plus the baby. I asked for artificial nails and she sat me down and proceeded to work. There was a rather large gap between what she added and my cuticle. She claimed she could not go closer. I have had my nails done since the 80's. I have never had an issue like this. The woman had a huge attitude also. As I suspected, she deliberately shorted the nails so I would return sooner. In the many years I have had my nails done, I have had them last 6 weeks, usually 8 before a redo. My nails just do not grow. Here it is 3 weeks, and these are lifting. No, not on your life would I ever return to this place. 1. attitude. The woman was outright rude to me, ordering that I control the kids. They are not my kids 2. refusing to do an adequate job, Arrogant attitude when I asked about what she was doing. and 3. Price! $76!!! I am furious. I feel cheated. And yes, I am going anywhere else but here!

I've been a customer for years, but after today I will NOT be going back. Today I went in for just…read morea pedicure, and the older lady did my pedi was extremely rude. She missed a lot of the steps through the pedi process, she didn't file my nails only cut them and VERY SHORT and uneven, she didn't file the bottom of my feet or use the purple rock thing that they use. Then when she painted my nails, she left so many specs of polish everywhere at the end I had to ask for the brush myself with little bit of remover and I cleaned them up myself. It was horrible experience. I'll gladly find a new nail shop.
