I've never experienced Reiki before, but this session was powerful and transformative. What impressed me the most was how carefully they analyzed my facial expressions before doing anything. They didn't just inject in the usual spots. They actually asked me to make different expressions--raising my eyebrows, frowning, relaxing my face--and watched closely to see exactly where the muscles were working. Based on that, they explained where Botox would help and, just as importantly, where it was not necessary. That level of detail made me feel very comfortable because it was clear they were focused on natural results rather than simply using more product. I especially appreciated that they were conservative and thoughtful with the injections. They avoided placing Botox in areas that didn't truly need it, which made me feel like I was in very honest and experienced hands. Another pleasant surprise was how little the injections hurt. Cleopatra called one time (see call history screenshot in red font) ONLY AFTER I asked via text message if they were still going to make it to the 5:30pm phone consultation appt, since I had not yet heard from them after 5min into the appt time. After I texted, they dialed my number for only for a few seconds (you can tell it rings only once and they hang up just to make it look like they tried), I called back right away within seconds 3x and texted but no response. Never heard from them about cancelling or rescheduling. Highly unprofessional and no accountability. They offer cheap services so they get lots of customers who are trying to save, that's why they have no incentive for customer service or taking in new customers like myself.
