She replied: "let's keep the 10:45." I managed to move things around (because if she was asking, I figured she was in need, and I wanted to help) and arrived at 10:57 -- 7 minutes late by the original booking, not 15. When I walked in, Felicia told me I was 15 minutes late. I explained I'd rearranged my schedule to accommodate her request. She shrugged and said "too bad, I already booked someone afterwards.". It wasn't until I was in the room that I checked the reminder email -- original appointment: 10:50. So by her own scheduler, I was 7 minutes late, not 15. Felicia eventually gave me an extra 5 minutes to make up for the mix-up, and I appreciated that. But the cold, dismissive way she started the appointment stayed with me. That's not how you treat someone who's followed you for 15 years. Part of why I see Felicia specifically -- and not one of those high-volume places with curtain walls and hospital beds for tables (you know the ones) -- is the whole experience. A facial should be calming and restorative, and Felicia's warmth has always been as much a part of that as her technique. When that warmth disappeared at the door, it colored everything that followed. The facial itself was top notch. Felicia is genuinely skilled, stays current on products and techniques, and can deliver a top-notch treatment in her sleep. I hope this was an off day, because the person that greeted me at the door was not the warm person that I've been loyal to for a decade and a half.

Ombre powder brows are legit, as is Morgan!…read more I got my eyebrows microbladed back in July 2015, and they lasted me a good 2 years or so before I started using the outlines to fill in. Around 2019, the outlines were gone and faded, and I figure it would be time to treat myself to some new brows and save money in the long run on makeup. Easily made an appt with Morgan for a correction set once I showed her my brows and was approved. The studio is easy to find per her detailed instructions and I had no issue finding parking during my evening session. Morgan's attention to detail and genuine love of her craft is apparent from start to finish. It begins with just a preliminary email advising you on what to expect and how to best prepare for the procedure. Then, when you're at your appointment, Morgan guides you step by step through her process. She first asks what type of brow you are looking for, then she cleans up your brow area and begins tracing ( I think this took about 45 min to an hour). She worked with me every step of the way and made sure I was happy/comfortable with the result. Then, once she had everything traced and ready, she went to work. Pain is minimal. She initially starts without numbing cream just to do the outline and the pain is similar to threading I would say, so it's not bad (and I have a low tolerance for pain). Once the numbing cream is on you barely feel a thing. I fell asleep on the table at one point lol. The process, in its entirety, from start to finish, took a whopping four hours. That's when you know Morgan puts a lot of effort and dedication into her craft. The finished product was AMAZING. The arch was perfect, the size of the brow was perfect. I legit walked out of there feeling confident and great! Morgan advised me of the next steps, aftercare, and gave me gel and everything I needed. I left so happy and took a bunch of selfies (because obvs). The first week, the brows stayed consistently the same color wise. I got complimented by nearly everyone I hung out with. I made sure not to wet my brows at all the first two days, and Morgan gives you protective gear to ensure that. Peeling didn't start until about after 5-7 days, and lasted for about another 5-7 days after that. I had a few days of going into work and being like "ugh don't look at me," but overall it wasn't bad, lol. At around the three-four week mark, my brows were fully healed and looked SUPER natural. It's so nice to be able to wake up and not put any brow powder on etc. The shape is great, and it did shrink a bit, but I am happy and very content with my brows overall. My mom is now planning to get them done with Morgan and I've recommended to all my friends who are interested, so I hope they follow through! I cannot wait to come back for my touch up once this pandemic is over, and I cannot wait to bring the brows outside of my apartment soon enough, haha. Thanks Morgan!

During my appointment, she "lasered off" the moles, however, I could still see the moles and she lied by saying it'll fade as it heals...(as you can see in the picture, the moles weren't removed like she promised and as I paid for, !!!!though it did leave scars!!!!) - she haggled with me on the pricing like some swap meet and then still made me pay hundreds for VERY poor to basically no service and then tried to up-sale her own collection of skincare after trying to convince me I "have very bad skin". I suggest, seek real professionals with quoted prices to avoid scams like this place.

IMPORTANT READ - ESPECIALLY IF YOU HAVE A GROUPON:  I'm so…read moredisappointed in my experience with Diana. Prior to my appointment, she and I spoke on the phone and also texted. I sent her pics of my moles and shared that I had a Groupon and when I arrived she looked at the moles and asked how many Groupons did I have because one Groupon would only pay for one mole. It seemed like a strange question since to my understanding the limit is one Groupon per person, unless buying for someone else as a gift. I was surprised at what she was saying, because the 4 moles that were all in one location on my abdomen (just above and to one to one side of my belly button) are smaller actually all together than the size of my belly button.(each about the size of a typed uppercase "O"). She told me "I'll give you a good deal, how much can you pay?" I was not willing to say an amount or negotiate something that I didn't feel should be up for negotiation since she had all the information in advance prior to our appointment and yet did not disclose to me that the Groupon would not cover cover the cost and I would need to pay an additional amount. Based on principle, I could not bring myself to pay more under these circumstances, because I felt if I pay more I'd be rewarding bad behavior. Out of curiosity, I asked how much additional she would charge and she quoted $200. I shared that I felt that I was being taken advantage of and she said this is Beverly Hills. Not a good answer. Having a location in Beverly Hills should not allow a business to take advantage of customers. At this point, it was not about the price that was the issue. It was about the non-disclosure. I waited a few days because I did not want to write a review out of spite. However, I'm sharing this story because anyone who has a Groupon needs to know and be careful, and to make sure she guarantees that the Groupon will cover what they are going in for. So this does not happen to them. Make sure to get her to send a text message that the Groupon will cover everything that is needed or disclose the rate up front of what any additional costs will be. In retrospect, I should have put on my shirt and left not let her even work on the tiny mole that she did, because I had a Groupon previously from another facility in the valley that did several several moles and all were under the same Groupon and the results were very good, but unfortunately I did not see them listed under groupon and so since Diana had good reviews I made the mistake of buying her Groupon. Yes, Diana smiles and talks very nice but I've learned my lesson about falling for nice talk.  I arrived at 2:28pm for my 2:30pm appointment, and by 2:39pm I had already had the discussion about my moles with Diana, she did what she did, I dressed and she'd attempted to upsell me and when I opened my phone to provide the Groupon it said 2:39pm. Basically, the one mole she worked on (for the $60 Groupon (which is listed as a $150 value) took about 4 mins, so the other 3 moles could have been done in about 12-15 mins. My experience is being shared not to highlight the extreme price, because I believe a provider should be able to charge whatever they want. However, when a provider baits a customer with one price and then hooks them without disclosing the real terms and price at least in fine print or prior to their appointment then that's a deceptive practice. It needs to be disclosed on the Groupon website and on her website that the Groupon only covers one mole (no matter how tiny).
