My dad always gets flowers for my mom on anniversaries, birthdays and valentines so he did again…read morefrom this place (been customer for a while) and this is the last time getting flower from this place. The flower basket had moles in it and it was so brittle, rust on the wires and basically the basket was VERY old and looked like it was just sitting there for 10 years lol the roses were 2 dozen and half of them looked dead after a day so my mom called and complained abt it and the owner she basically said 'and? So? What do u want?' WHAT A WAY TO LOOSE A LONG TERM CUSTOMER AND GAIN URSELF A ONE STAR BRAVO *edit* Grey washed???? It was more like dust and rust washed .. please don't make it sound like we dont know what washed looks and feels like. When that basket was lifted from where it was sitting on our table there were dusts and pieces off from that basket. And also dont make it sound like the basket was the only issue. Flower quality was bad too after a day even when the roses were planted in the oasis half were alrdy going dry. If 6 of us our whole family was sitting there and looking at this basket if flowers and if all 6 of us were saying the same thing... maybe there is something wrong with your $130 flowers and basket And after all that attitude and disgusting customer service who would want an exchange from you? Flowers been returned to you along with your old "grey washed" basket so have a good day :) Next time a simple apology will go a long way :))))

Funny because they replied to ALL my DMs before that. So the person I gifted it to also DMed them, they replied initially, then stopped once the issue was brought up. $300 for a dead plant. They gave me no resolution, no response. I want to support a Korean owned business so bad, but the lack of customer service and accountability was pathetic. I don't recommend buying from here.

My boyfriend and I actually initially found it as we were driving through La Mirada, but the name of the store caught my eye and we went in a few months ago, but I'm finally getting around to writing a review for them now! There was a gentleman who was running the store, who I learned was the owner! They had apparently been open in LA for a long time before packing up and moving over to La Mirada! The plants inside (as the name might suggest) were a mixture of trees and small plants. I'm not the best at knowing what plant species are what, but the vibe was very gardeny. What I mean by that is, that the owner of the location seems familiar with the plants, handling them, repotting them, etc. The entire time we were perusing, he was moving plants around, repotting, while also being very attentive and answering our questions. My favorite part of the store is tucked away in the back corner. It's a collection of art and art pieces. The painted plants were actually painted by the store owner's mother! In the end, that's what I ended up buying (I got 3 painted pictures). I don't remember exactly what the price was, but I remember being very pleased with what we got. If you have 5-10 minutes to spare and you're in the area, I recommend checking out Namoo Plant Shop. What you find might actually surprise you!

Would highly recommend!…read more Pricing for tokens is fair, exchange for them at an automated dispenser that takes card. Good variety of gachapon machines, with a bunch of different franchises like Frieren, Sanrio, JJK, Pokemon. They also update them fairly regularly so there's always something new when I stop by! Service has always been friendly and helpful. Also, I really appreciated the offer to trade for a gacha of my choice when I get 3 dupes!

THEY'RE OPEN LATE!!…read more HUGE W. Hours up until 10 PM is perfect for those who get off of work later or those who want to find something to do with friends, etc. after dinner! It's located in a mixed business plaza, so there's plenty of parking at the side where Gacha Planet is located, but since there's a Dutch Bro's in the same lot, it may get fisted too. Super friendly owners that greeted us, answered all of our questions, helped us when the machine jammed, etc. It was during their grand opening event, so every 10 gachapon tokens ($20) gave you 3 free ones. Awesome! There's a LOT of gacha here that you don't see at every other gacha place (I'm looking at you Bandai grrr), and this isn't just series, but also the uniqueness of the toys. Lots of Sanrio, way more Chiikawa than what I've seen before, but also Calico Critters (Sylvanian Families), various anime (Haikyuu, Card Captors, etc.), a super highly defined printed Death Note mini manga volume, a little light up TV that glows a still shot on the screen when you put the VHS in, automatic takoyaki, and so many little miniatures (great accessories for my bearded dragon!). Aside from the gachapon machines, there's various blind boxes and other merch available for purchase including a shelf of some anime figures, plushies (they had Pickles the Frog!), Chiikawa, some Molcar (got some of these), more Sanrio goods, Fuggler blind boxes, Miffy. and so much more. The shop itself is super cute with lots of attention to detail (the little catfish above the door), the Patrick Star light switch, the fuzzy mirror, etc. They also play lots of Kpop and some bangers for those who know ball (Hachiware's song!). There's also an ongoing social media bonus if you follow them too! You get a small cute blind bag plush keychain. There's a recycle bin for your opened gachapon, and a small table to display your goods as well. I'm following them on social media as they update their stock and I will definitely be back for more!
