Not the day before, not the day after, on Mother's Day. They said it would be no problem and that they can absolutely do it. This was a lie as they only wanted to secure my money. Flowers were not delivered on Mother's Day. Very frustrating even when I specifically checked, was guaranteed, and told it would be done. The flowers then had to sit out on the porch because nobody was home to receive them. however things happen I get it, but there needs to be compensation. I called in again and got transferred to the owner who was beyond rude and disrespectful. I explained the situation. Had them pull the order details and who I spoke with when the order was placed. She did not care and went on and on and on about how tired she is and that she wants to quit and that nobody wants to work on Sundays and how it was practically my fault. Those are all your problems lady. She then finally offered to do my next arrangement all up nice and pretty, not free, but make it nice. YOU SHOULD BE DOING THAT REGARDLESS! also why would I trust you with another order? Flowers were still delivered and eventually received all I asked was for a $50 refund to compensate for the facts that they were not delivered on the date I was guaranteed. No one even called me to let me know they would be delivered early so I could make sure someone was there to receive them. She says I'm unbelievable and says to never order flowers from her again and that they will drive back, and take back the flowers and give a full refund. And continued to go on about all her problems and how hard it is to run the store. She's sick, she's tired, she wants to quit, no body wants to work anymore and would not be giving me any partial refund without going and taking the flowers back from the recipient. On her 5th time complaining about all her sorrows and troubles I had to hang up because we all got our own problems and I didn't pay you $300 to be your therapist. RUN FROM THIS PLACE. Go anywhere else or risk paying to be a therapist for some crazy lady's sorrows

If 6 of us our whole family was sitting there and looking at this basket if flowers and if all 6 of us were saying the same thing... maybe there is something wrong with your $130 flowers and basket And after all that attitude and disgusting customer service who would want an exchange from you? Janet also tried her best to work with my budget by suggesting renting some silk/artificial flowers instead of using real flowers for everything; which we did end up renting a few items (the flowers for the dessert and sweetheart table). The silk flowers were so beautifully made that it is almost impossible to tell they are not real flowers unless you touch/smell them! We also rented candles, vases, and napkin holders from the company and were highly impressed with the quality & selection for the rental items they offer. She is the owner and lead designer for Bloompia and I can't say enough about how talented and professional she is. Janet and her team went the extra mile to make sure everything was set up on time and within budget. She was very accommodating to my wishes and ideas, and like the true professional came up with fresh and unique designs that incorporated everything I wanted. Initially on my own I was really struggling to find a unique flower style for my wedding, but Janet and her team at Bloompia brought their A++ game to the table. On the day of my wedding they came earlier than planned to insure that every flower and petal was in its proper place. In fact, to ensure that all the pieces were in place Janet rented a moving truck to move the flower arrangements and materials to the location all together. This one brilliant move was such a life saver. On my wedding day I was so relieved to see that everything was already set up before I arrived. I didn't have to stress out about the flowers at all. I got to enjoy my wedding day that much more. Almost 1 year later I still get compliments on my wedding floral arrangements. To start off, I'm the least creative person, so thinking of what flowers and decoration I wanted, was probably my least favorite part of wedding planning tbh, I know that's surprising coming from the bride haha. I didn't even have a mood board or anything! Just a few pics from my Pinterest to show but overall still indecisive. I was also very strict on my budget...however, Sarah made the whole process so easy and manageable. She not only worked with my budget but her creative and brilliant mind came up with the flower arrangement and decorations, after just sharing with her my vague theme of "forest nature vibes with summer earthy colors" lol. We ran into a small issue with my center pieces that I originally wanted, but she was able to think of an alternative and still put the decor we couldn't use for the centerpieces, into other areas. We also ran into a bigger issue literally the day before the wedding with our wedding arch but my amazing coordinator and her team were INCREDIBLE superheroes and made it work seamlessly. I couldn't have thought of a more beautiful flower arrangement and overall decorative wedding palette than Sarah and her team brought to life. Our guest kept telling us, "the wedding was SO you and described you both perfectly" and a big part of that was the whole vibe that Sarah and Cerritos Florist helped make. On top of that, it was the hottest day of the year lol, and an outdoor wedding! I can't recommend Cerritos Florist enough and I can't wait to refer and work with them again for future events.
