Ordered flowers pretty late for my MIL for valentines. I placed my order Feb 13 at 10/11ish pm so I would've understood if they didn't accept my order. However, they accepted it so I was glad. Probably the only reason for the 2stars lol On the day of delivery, they messaged me saying they ran out of my original bouquet order and gave me choices which I said no to cause they look like they're about to wilt. Eventually I found one that I liked and said "the yellow bouquet is fine" however I asked for more photos first because I wanted to see it up close as I was skeptical about it. I was already considering cancelling my order altogether and asking for a refund. However, they stopped replying. Suddenly I got a message from my MIL saying thank you for the bouquet as she had already received it. They sent the flowers without even completely confirming with me. Paid $120 for a nice bouquet got something that looked sad and just didn't look like the picture that was sent to me. They even said the replacement is more expensive than my original order which in all honesty, might be an exaggeration on their part cause what we received didn't look like it was worth more than $120. I understand I should've ordered earlier, that was my mistake, but next time don't bite more than you can chew. Don't accept orders if you're unsure about your inventory and if you're gonna replace an order, at least put a little effort in confirming first. read more

I was honestly very disappointed in what I ordered. I gave two stars because they went out of their way to deliver on Mother's Day let me mention that but other than that save your money. I don't know if they had more purchases than they could supply but they should really update the photos on their website so the public can see what they're actually going to receive. I upgraded both flower bouquets to premium and what I felt I got was standard. One of which the vase was the wrong one and it didn't even have its ribbon. I understood the substitution policy but they could have given the flower choice a little more effort. The white roses arrived all wilted and sad which was very very upsetting. My mother and godmother loved them, because they came from me but I will never be purchasing with them again. I hope you think really carefully about doing business with them. The ladies at White Lotus Florist are lifesavers! TL;DR - I came in and asked her to make a large standing arrangement and a large bouquet in about 45 minutes and they did an awesome job. My brother reminded me at 4:30PM on a Friday evening that our mom's art class' exhibition was at 6pm that evening and told me neither he nor my dad got my mom any flowers. I forgot too! I told him I would try to get an arrangement for my dad to give and a bouquet from my brother's family. I got ready quickly and got to White Lotus at 5:15pm. I told them the situation and asked if they could make me a large standing arrangement and a large bouquet by 6pm. They were like "BY 6PM?!" but then they got down to business. After asking some questions about what I wanted, they got to work - all the while handling the other customers who had ordered ahead. I got a little bit of good natured, well-deserved scolding from one of the ladies for making them run around and for forgetting my mom's event. Anyway, they helped me load up the car and I was on my way by 6:05. Despite the mad rush, the arrangement and bouquet came out beautifully. I wish I got some better pictures but I'll post what I've got. Thank you White Lotus! Seems like all of the other students in my mom's class got flowers from their families and it would've been terrible if my mom was the only one who didn't.
