The receptionist told me that someone named Rebecca was available and she could cut my hair the following Monday. Rebecca did an amazing job, which made me decide that this was a new hair salon for me. However I then tried to reschedule an appointment three months later, and found out that Rebecca had taken another job. Rather than be nervous about who else would be able to cut my hair, I very confidently explain my situation to the receptionist and she recommended Lucy. I have never had an experience at a hair salon as good as the experiences I've had with Lucy, I have shown her three different pictures of hair ideas that I want, and she has matched them to perfection... And I am not an easy customer to please. In addition, I typically find it rather difficult to keep conversation with my hairdresser, but with Lucy the conversation flows easily and you can tell she is genuine and truly cares about her clientele. Please, please, if you are considering this hair salon definitely choose it. I've never had an entire staff team be so gentle with my scalp, while also being careful not to damage the curls that I have worked so hard to grow out. I drive 75 miles to get my haircut and highlighted, and I will continue to do that as long as this place is open.

Upon entering the salon I was impressed - it is beautifully decorated with warm colors and a modern appeal. You can see there was close attention paid to detail in both the decor and the salon layout - And I immediately felt at home. My stylist Francesca warmly greeted me and we just clicked. She is this bright, bubbly big ray of sunshine and both our consultation and conversation immediately put me at ease. Oh, and also... she's GREAT at her job! When all was said and done, my hair was better than the pictures I showed her, and better than I could have imagined! She NAILED it!
