Earlier that day I had went online to see service prices and stumbled upon a promo stating " buy one hour massage for $99 and get another hour free" I was excited to get this deal but upon arriving, I was met with attitude and sarcasm as the front desk staff told me this was only for December. I proceeded to pull up the promo that I found on their website and the manager simply stated "well that is not supposed to be there, you can try purchasing online, but I cannot sale it to you." Clearly someone screwed up the marketing but if you have an ad running it is your responsibility to honor it. Instead of continuing to go back and forth, I took my business down the street to Massage Envy and had a much more pleasant experience. I will not be returning to massage green. As a previous membership holder-this was not my first time experiencing issues here.

We both received the full body yin and yang massage for $88. We were charged full price because the "system" didn't automate that upon checkout. We have been back and forth with the owners for FLASE advertising. I will NOT be coming back at all! The owner told us we could come back to get the service is 50% off before April 20. That is completely unacceptable. Especially from a business owner to another business owner, you don't up charge clients, offers the same discount and then say there's a system automation when YOU automate the system yourself. I could look past it, and I will try them again when they move back. They did a relative good job. The french is a little uneven and my toes (which I am not showing for free) are a little rough but i will give them the benefit of the doubt cause I just don't think they are used to short nails (not a lot of places do). Also, I just wish they were more clear that the callus removal during the pedicure was almost 15$ more before hand especially with their temporary location they are not taking card.
