We got our daughter ears pierced at another Claire location so we wanted to see the earring options when we want to change them. There was only one lady working when we came to the store. We were the only guest inside and she let us browse in peace. They kept the earring display near the checkout counter. We saw the one we got our daughter on there and now have an idea which one we want when we plan to change it out.

I…read moregot my second piercing and honestly the piercer was fine; she went higher as per my request with the piercing, gave me great insight on which earrings would look best, etc etc. However, a big red flag was when she opened the drawer to start and pulled out a whole plastic bag full of piercing guns. These did not look new and they were all different colors and brands idk it wasn't to be trusted. From my understanding, piercing guns are supposed to be single use as they are difficult to sterilize but I think I just trusted that it would be fine. As a result.... my ears are in so much pain with both sides are completely infected (yes I used the solution very very thoroughly twice a day). Unfortunately, I also chose a smaller size earring and the skin surrounding it has become so swollen and full of puss that it is kinda swallowing the earring so essentially it feels like the earring is completely flat or like apart of my ear. I don't even care abt whats going on but it hurts so bad and is preventing me from sleeping well. I think I paid around $80 for the entire service, cost of earrings, and the solution. I definitely would do your research and find another alternative-- preferably with an actual needle since it's supposed to have a better healing process or something idk. I'm not mad. Just disappointed.

This is why I avoid in person shopping as why would I give the employee sales credit for her sitting on her phone the entire time I'm finding my own clothes? I will not be returning to this location, the location on Ventura in Studio City has much better trained staff and people able to provide basic customer service skills. Heck I didn't even know they were employees until they went up a step ladder. Prices seem fair and I would have bought a few pairs, but the workers act like robots. Not even a hello. So I walked out without purchasing again. I'm not even ugly but the workers here made me feel ugly and unworthy of spending my money here with them. Good customers service doesn't cost them anything to do but it cost them over $500 in sales losses that I didn't spend with them. Management, is this your trained policy?

Our sales associate, Noush, introduced herself and took the time to listen carefully to what we were looking for. She guided us to a beautiful selection of rings. We were immediately drawn to the Tiffany Knot ring because of its unique design and variety of finishes. Throughout our visit, the staff was attentive and even offered us water. Noush was friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. She gave us the space to make our decision at our own pace. We told her we wanted to think it over and would return after lunch. She encouraged us to take our time so we'd feel confident in our choice. When we came back, we were again warmly greeted, and Noush escorted us to a private showroom. She offered us champagne and chocolates, which were brought in by another staff member. After confirming our selection, Noush carefully reviewed sizing and let us know the ring would need to be ordered and sized, which would take a few weeks. To our surprise, it arrived in just 11 days. We returned the following day to pick it up and were once again warmly welcomed and taken to the showroom, complete with champagne and chocolates. Noush presented the ring, and it was even more beautiful than we expected. Overall, we highly recommend Tiffany & Co., especially Noush. Every member of the staff--from the security guard to the sales associates--was professional and welcoming. A normal trip to Tiffany would be fabulous, but with her hosting us through the experience, Noush made it spectacular! She made this more memorable than I could ever imagine. She brought out the champagne, boxes of chocolates in Tiffany blue boxes and put us in a private room where we could see our ring for the first time. She literally made this such a special event for us and I will always remember her for it. Little did I know at the time that the other pair I liked was on sale on their app/website for $40 less than in store! So if you do happen to see something you like in here, be sure to check on their website first and see if they could price match. The staff here is A+ they're so friendly and helpful. When I did end up buying that other pair on the app & they didn't fit, I returned to this store & exchanged them in store and the staff there was so willing to bring out multiple sizes to make sure they fit properly & then exchanged things with a smile and quickly. It was a great experience. I will certainly be back to this store. I will just have my expectations properly set knowing to come here for clothing, not shoes.
