My daughter & I found this cute boutique after eating lunch last week on a family vacation. They have a great selection of clothing for all sizes & a nice sale rack too! The salesperson greeted us & asked if we're looking for anything in particular then left us to do our own shopping which I truly appreciated. There's nothing worse than being overly hounded while shopping. We found several things we liked & were able to try them on too. They have several dressing rooms which was nice as there were several others in the store shopping. We both ended up getting some cute clothes & some were on clearance. Hands down my favorite store, this is pretty much the only place I've been shopping at for the past 5+ years. All of the items are incredibly cute and trendy with very fair prices while also being great quality. Majority of the clothes I've gotten here have lasted me through the years through dozens of wears and washes. They also frequently have store-wide 25% off sales. I've been shopping here since high school with my mom which shows the variety in their clothing garments for various ages. Probably best for women 15-45 or so. The employees are all amazing and most have been working here for many many years so they recognize the regulars when they come in. I'm always comfortable asking their opinions on how clothes look while trying them on if I'm shopping alone, for style recommendations, etc. read more

Worst customer service I've ever seen!! I've been in this store many many times. The employees are extremely rude and stuck up. They never greet me when I walk in, and are rude while I try to shop and I always feel so uncomfortable in the store. I went in yesterday and this REALLY was the straw that broke the camel's back... One of the employees started a dressing room for me but another employee (the tan brunette) moved my clothes out of the room to accommodate two guests who wanted two fitting rooms next to each other. When I was ready to try on the clothes, the brunette employee REALLY SAID TO ME, "We're going to have you try on your clothes in the BATHROOM in back, but there's a full length mirror in there!" Even though there were two open fitting rooms right there! I asked why I can't use a fitting room? And she said because the two other customers wanted two fitting rooms next to each other and "they're almost ready to try-on." I said can't they wait??? And she reluctantly allowed me to use one of the fitting rooms, and proceeded to harass me and get me to hurry up as I tried on the clothes. Are you kidding me??? The bathroom??? How incredibly rude and not okay! Made me feel like those other two customers were more of a priority than me. I'm tired of being treated like crap by these women and I'm never coming back. It's funny because after reading the reviews here I thought I'd find great clothes and horrible customer service, but I happened to find the opposite. Their pieces were bad but I didn't find anything I liked. Most were decent quality but I think most pieces would shrink in the wash due to material and "Made in China" tags. The staff were surprisingly friendly. The employees there made an effort to help me find what I came looking for. We all came up short in the end. Overall, I'd recommend if you're nearby to pursue, but you don't need to drive a million miles because you could probably find the same clothes at your local boutique or mall. Always my "go to" when I don't want to deal with the mall or when I'm trying to find something different. Whether I'm looking for a casual outfit, that tiny black dress or anything in between, I always seem to find it here. The prices are on point and I never feel out of places asking the sales girls to help me put an outfit together whereas I've been in other boutique stores and been made to feel awkward by the attitude and lack of friendliness. I have never felt that way walking into Frenzy which is probably one the biggest reasons I enjoy doing my shopping here. Love this place! I never walk out empty handed. If I need something at a last minute notice I can always find two or three things! They have everything for a casual day or a wonderful Sunday brunch! This store has such cute clothes. It is an affordable boutique, however the sales associates were very snobby and made me and my friend feel uncomfortable. The owner is very nice and every time I come in, very welcoming however the other girls who work there weren't helpful. They watched my friend and I pick out clothes and struggle to hold our piles, while asked every other customer if they needed a fitting room the moment they touched a single item. I am young, and probably the same age as the associates, and was offended that they would not give me the same service compared to an older woman shopping. Cute clothing but very unfriendly staff. No one ever says hello when you walk in (I've come here at least 5 times). I have to ask to be shown to a fitting room every time & the sales associates aren't really interested in helping you. Many times I would have bought something if I knew where to find it in a different color or size but no help was offered or given when asked....Some of the rudest women were older, I don't know if they're the owners or managers but in either case they should be oozing friendliness and professionalism from the pores. That kinda irritated me, then they started using foul language still ignoring me and then they started to talk about the ratings on Yelp. Began shopping here almost 8 years ago. After never exchanging/returning anything I recently had a few items that shrunk excessively after following the wash directions on the tag. Brought them in to exchange for new items and the tall blonde was incredibly rude and disrespectful, telling me I washed them incorrectly and she would know because she owns these items. Then acknowledged that I shop there all the time... Not anymore! Plenty of other boutiques in town & they can count on me telling my friends about my experience. The clothes at Frenzy are great. It's alotta cute stuff that you'd pay more for elsewhere, and there isn't many of each item so you won't be wearing the same thing as everyone else. That being said, the staff isn't overly friendly. The owner Sandie is always very nice, however a few of the other girls, one tall one in particular always seems too bothered to assist (do her job) which is a turn off and pretty annoying. If you're ok putting up w/ less than mediocre service for cute clothes, Frenzy's got it! I like to walk away from a purchase feeling happy inside. The customer service in this store is absolutely offensive. I called two days prior to ask if I could come in and exchange a gift that my daughter had gotten that did not fit her and she kindly said "of course." However, when I came in, that couldn't be further from the truth. First, the tall blonde woman and dark haired woman who work there, who were not helping any customers, watched me walk in with my daughters and looked at us up and down and didn't even acknowledge us. We stood at the counter and waited for help. Finally, the dark haired woman came over and I explained that I had called and wanted to make an exchange. She said there was no way she would take back the merchandise and give us a credit because the gift giver bought it on sale. I explained that I had called and also wondered why the gift recipient would be penalized for that and she said she tells gift givers they shouldn't buy things on sale because it can't be returned. This is the most ridiculous policy ever!! Now, my daughter has a shirt she can't wear, and we most definitely have a shop we will never shop at again. For a small business in an area where we have MANY choices to shop, I am shocked at their lack of customer service. Went in yesterday. Good merchandise and pricing, however they have awful customer service. The employees were sitting in the couch eating cake and gossiping, not acknowledging that they had over 4 different customers in the store. Finally after getting someone's attention, she was very snobby. I wanted to try on a pair of jeans, and the employee rudely said, "you realize those are a size 0 right?" I've been to this stuff several times in the last few years and I've never been thrilled with the customer service but I dealt with it. I went in there about two weeks ago to try on a pair of boots I saw on instagram - I called before I went to see if they had me size. They didn't but said they had something similar. I went in and looked at the boots and said they didn't work very politely the owner was like MAD that I didn't want the boots - she basically shooed me away. I will NEVER go back there again ever.
