I decided to go give Angel nails another shot after hearing they're under new management. I got a full set of acrylics, and they were all so uneven and misshapen, that I just asked to use the file and do it myself. Plus, I was yelled at a few times by two different people and heard the man yell at another customer. And then, when the lady was buffing my nails, she made no attempt at not doing it on my skin. After three nails started to bleed, I told her that she's filing my skin. Her response? Well sorry, you just have thin skin. Lastly, she demanded a tip which is rude. Now that I'm home, I've realized that some nails look already grown out. If you're looking to get acrylics done, do not go here!! read more

Not sure what to think of this place. I've visited Angel Nails a few times and mostly because I couldn't get into my regular nail salon. Each time I've been in, they act put out.Today while I was there, the owner started talking about another patron in Vietnamese. I couldn't understand what she was saying but could tell it wasn't good because the lady caught herself and looked at me and said, " oh so good you to come in today." I was a walk in and I feel they were annoyed by that even tho there is a sign that says walk ins welcome. Got scammed for having to pay 3 extra dollars to remove a gel manicure, totaling to 10 bucks from what they originally told me 7! All because the manicurist has no skills in removing a simple gel manicure! First off,I caught the manicurist picking her nose before I came into the door. Big mistake for letting her do the service. Then she initially told me that I'll pay seven bucks to remove a gel manicure. 15-20 mins of soaking later she started scraping with a nipper. Im not new to gel removals but this is the first time a manicurist "scraped" my gel off! Virtually all my other manicurists in the past have used a machine thing to make the work smoother. Then in the end she had the nerve to ask for 3 more dollars because she claimed my gel is so difficult to remove when in reality, she lacked the skills! 3 more dollars is not too big but having to pay to comppensate for the lack of skills of this manicurist irks me big time. read more

I am a regular here but also travel a lot and have experienced many other salons. The people here are the kindest and most caring you could ever have paint your nails. I generally get shellac, and it lasts 1.5-2 weeks. They do a great job. read more

I like this salon because the service is really good... They give a real spa pedicure at the price of the cheaper salons. It's clean, and there are no obnoxious TV's on. They play soothing classical music and I can relax here! Not a real Shellac Manicure! A brief background - To make a long story short, I learned a lot about Shellac manicures vs Gellish vs Acrylic after much misinformation and misrepresentation. I have learned that if you do not see the nail polish and it does not say "CND Shellac" then it is not a Shellac Manicure. When I arrived at Angel I was extremely clear that I wanted a Shellac manicure, I asked to see the bottles and sure enough, they said "CND Shellac" YEA, I was excited and sat down to have my old manicure removed. They had me soak my hands in Acetone, at other salons I have only had to do this with Gell type manicures, and know that it is really bad for you. This should have been my first clue, after soaking for 15 minutes, and after I had asked several times how much longer, and receiving shrugs from the women around me, I took my hands out and said I was done, that it was too much, after the woman who was to do my nails finished her other client she came over and got started. She removed the shellac and started the manicure. When she was ready to start putting on the polish I had to ask her to re do my cuticle line, she had done a very poor job and if the nail is not prepared properly the manicure won't take. When she put the first coat on, she pulled from a different bottle, I had not seen this bottle and assumed that it was the base coat needed. She used the correct shellac for the french manicure and then used another bottle for the top coat. This one said "GELLAC" Using this sub par product in conjunction with Shellac and as a base and sealing coat made the whole manicure a waste. This manicure lasted 48 HOURS, before it cracked and pealed off! I pay the extra money for a Shellac manicure and am pissed that this salon went to such extents to misrepresent this manicure, and it is obvious that it was intentional. I don't know what I am angrier about, that I got scammed, or that I didn't stop her as soon as I saw that "Gellac" bottle. read more

I am extremely disappointed in this nail salon. Let me first start off by saying I had liked the fact that this is so close to my house and very quiet atmosphere. I went in this last Saturday to get my acrylics taken off for a upcoming surgery, when the manicurist found out I was getting them off she started popping them off in the most barbaric way...no soaking...no acetone...no dremel!!!! Finally after the 6th nail and many squirms and screeching I was literally crying! My pinky nail started bleeding she had torn my nail OFF!!!! Of course it hurt like hell once she realized she decided to "soak" them...and dremel them. Basically after 20 mins of the most painful thing I've endured (I've had natural childbirth) she cut my cuticles and sent me on my way with a $25 bill!!!!! It is now Wednesday and I still can't run hot water on my hands bc most of my nail is torn off and the flesh is exposed causing it to be extremely sensitive. And just a side note the manager or owner (main lady in charge) came over 1/2 way through and mocked me saying "why does it sound like it hurts?" Really classy...this place does not even deserve one star as far as I'm concerned I hope it gets shut down read more

I do natural nail manicure or shellac and both experiences have been terrible at angel. My shellac peeled within the week and looked grown out the minute they finished. My natural nail mani shaping was so terrible I finally just requested the file and did it myself. Definitely don't recommend. read more

I have tried a lot of other nail salons and have left because the pedicures have been rough or my acrylics have lifted, but at this salon, the ladies are gentle (no "slapping" my legs during the pedicure!) and my nails look great! I love Angel Nails under their new management! Originally they were fine but a 20 minute pedicure wasn't cutting it. Now the pedis are amazing: longer services, nuts and tea as a snack, hot rocks, warm scrubs and all new chairs which are heavenly. This is my new "go to" for relaxation! read more

I've been going to Angel Nails since they opened and have always had excellent service. My acrylic nails look completely natural and last forever. I get a "fill" every two or three weeks (depending on how fast my nails grow). I love their pedicures also..very clean and professional. I highly recommend Angel Nails!!!! read more

Wow- this was a wonderful find. I was on a trip to visit my family in Snoqualmie and needed a pedi pretty badly. I walked in and was warmly greeted and seated immediately. Tiffany spent a long time working on my feet-and then I ran out of time before the polish was on. She made sure the cuticles on my toes were oiled and softened and then said to come back whenever I could to get the rest of the pedi done. I hadn't been in to Angel Nails for a while until today. WOW, the salon looks all new! New owners have really updated the salon with new chairs etc. I had an appointment, and was greeted with a smile and was asked if I would like a cup of tea. I was served a small cup of nuts for a snack while I soaked my feet and waited for my pedicure to begin. The gal that helped me took her time and I really enjoyed the hot rock massage. My sister and I set up an appointment this morning for manicures at 11. Should be simple right? They didn't get my sister started til near 11:30, myself until noon. Seeing as they were already behind and two girls walked in behind us wanting acrylics they totally rushed to get mine done. My cuticles are dry as hell, the Polish is applied unevenly at the tops of my nails and what I thought should be an easy application of a few painted on daisies to our thumbs looks awful. We didn't get out until 12:45. Yes, almost 2 hours for poorly done manicures AND we had an appointment. Save your money and go someplace else. read more
