We attempted to replace it and upon removal of the old cooktop we discovered that the new cooktop wouldn't fit the hole cut by Atlantis's contractor as it was miscut. We found out that due to the miscut that the hole would fit very few of the cooktops on the market today. We contacted Atlantis to see if they would do anything about the miscut and spoke to Allison but she says she can't find any record of us in their system. We had a small issue two years ago and they were able to find us in their system then so what changed? We sent her multiple emails we have of the previous conversations between us about issues with the countertop but her only reply was "we don't have you in our system". Unfortunately we don't have a receipt of the purchase as it was destroyed in a flood but you would think that a reputable company would keep records like this. We attempted multiple times to talk to the owner of Atlantis but have had no luck as Allison won't provide us with contact info for the owner and if we call now she just hangs up on us. I'm not sure if the owner (Mike Harrison?) is aware of this issue or not or if he is aware and Allison is just the gate keeper. Either way, if you value customer service at all I would highly recommend that you look elsewhere for your countertops.

Despite explaining that we were actively deciding and midway through the warehouse, we were insisted upon to exit and were physically escorted to the door, which felt unnecessary and uncomfortable. There were other people in the store as well, which were not made to leave. On top of that, nearly all products were priced at the highest tier, which did not align with the level of service provided. Fast forward to our current project where we have purchased all of our marble backsplash and shower tiles from The Builder Depot. I have spoken with their customer service a number of times before ordering and they have always been super friendly and helpful. I even ordered sample of tiles we were considering before making the big purchase, and I can't stress enough how important that is to see a sample of the actual product before committing to it. I've had a total of 3 freight shipments delivered at various times during our project and everything went well. The tiles were packaged and protected with very minimal (if any) damage during transit all the way to California. I'm not done with the project yet but am happy with what has been installed so far. I can never go back to getting any marble tiles from the big box stores with their pricing and inconsistent quality. I'm a happy customer!

Giovanni's Tile Design has absolutely superior customer service!…read more My wife and I recently visited the store and were warmly welcomed by two very knowledgeable staff. We have had a problem with our bathroom tile (not installed by Giovann's) always appearing "dirty". No matter what we used, we could never seem to get the tile fully clean. The two staff members listened carefully and recommended using a product the store carried to clean the tile. They said to try it out and if it worked, they then would charge us for the cleaner. Wow! Really? Not charge us unless it worked? That is is truly rare customer service and trust! Well, their tile cleaner worked!!! And we were more than happy to pay them for it!
