I was in the salon recently, when an African American woman walked in. She asked the owner if they could fit her in. The owner said it would be about a 50 minute wait Even though there were empty treatment chairs available. Soon after she left, a white woman walked in asking for a later appointment. One of the employees took the woman right away. The employees are all nice. But the man who owns the place, not so much! I do not feel comfortable patronizing this place. read more

Worst manicure ever. Went for a gel manicure and while cutting my cuticles the woman cut me on two of my fingers, it hurt and was bleeding a lot... And then she had the nerve to blame me for bleeding so much... She never apologized and charged me full price. My nails came out looking horrible and there is dried blood in the polish... I got a mani pedi for prom at Angel Tips because I had a gift certificate. I got french tips done to both my hands and feet. They cut my cuticles off like they were supposed to, but I was bleeding later on. Also, my toes look great but my nails are horrendous. read more

If I could I would give the shop no stars. I agree with the other review that the woman at the front desk is rude. However, to be more specific she was rude to me. I will note that when certain women came in she was much nicer and welcoming. The manicurist was nice however decent job but later I noticed police on the skin around my nails, the sanitary standards are sub par. Go elsewhere. read more

Absolutely appalled at both the quality of their work and even more appalled at the professionalism of the staff. Prices are also outrageous...$20 extra dollar for callus remover on my feet (ever other nail salon around here charges an extra $5/$10)?! The worst part of my visit was at the end of my service; I gave the employee a $10 tip and when she took me into the room to wax my eyebrows she informed me that I needed to tip her 20% because she did a good job. And she also pointed out the fact that they have an ATM in their hallway that I could get more cash out for. Seeing that she had my eyebrows at her mercy, I said no problem and that was all the cash I had on me as i didn't expect the bill to be so high. I told her that I can change my credit card receipt to reflect the tip instead of cash so that she can get her 20%. She said she only takes cash and that she would wait for me to get more money out of the atm and give it to her. Afraid that she would either take my eyebrows off completely or make an even bigger scene....I went to the atm and gave her more cash. I left and will NEVER go back. To make matters worse, her "good" job left nail polish down the side of one of my fingers and my little pinky toe doesn't even have nail polish on it. read more

disgusting. i went in for a pedicure and was told i would have to wait about 5 minutes. 30 MINUTES later i was brought to the chair when the girl started to fill the basinWITHOUT CLEANING IT OUT FROM THE PERSON BEFORE ME!?!? i asked her to clean it first, and she told me she already had - i had watched the person before me leave and nobody cleaned out the basin!! there was still dirty suds in there that she could see!! i insisted that it had not been done and she huffed and did it!! she obviously took offense because she then gave me the worst, most rushed pedicure i could ever have imagined. we were done in less than 10 minutes and it looked AWFUL!! never ever will i go back and i will be telling everyone i know not to go there either. and, on top of it, their prices are ridiculous!!!! read more

This place is fantastic ! I was on vacation in this area from Chicago. The people working their were delightful to talk to and very nice. Their prices are very reasonable and they do a great job! I rarely give bad reviews but this place is bad news in regards to waxing. I would give 0 stars if possible. In all fairness, I can't speak to how they are nail wise because after my initial experience I would never go back. I got an eyebrow wax and anyone who has had any type of waxing done knows that you never double wax the same area because it quite literally rips a layer of your skin off leaving your skin raw and very red. The girl that worked with me clearly did not know this. After I told her to please stop what she was doing, she acted annoyed with me as if what she was doing was common practice. I have been getting this done since I was a teenager and I know what to expect pain wise in regards to waxing. I have gone to all different types of places both expensive and inexpensive and I have never had an experience this bad. I left with actual cuts on my face! There was no attempt to apologize. You get what you pay for here. The manicures and pedicures are pretty cheap but they only last a few days. I think they dilute the nail polish because I find it always chips after a day or two. However I will say that they are incredibly fast. So if your looking for nails to last about 48hrs and are in a rush.. this is the place for you. If you want something thats better quality then go to Spa 27 in East Hampton. Its more expensive but its a much nicer experience. read more

Aboslutly horrible quality products first time got a manicure and wi'thin the fist half hour literally all chipped off....not over exaggerating with their "uv polish" second and absolutly last time i had a broken nail and asked...i needed it fixed and my nails cut in which the nail tech "coco" whom i thought was just putting uv clear polish , cutting and fixing one charged me 57.00 dollars all in which took an hour and the nail they "fixed is falling off after two days. i then proceeded to attempt to put her tip on my credit card and she said they couldnt but to do it anyways....why would i charge more if no ones getting it??? I came in for a mani pedi and it was the worst mani pedi I have every gotten. They did not clean my cuticles or soak my hands in water. My nails were painted in about 5 minutes, there was nail polish all over my fingers and I told the manicurist to clean them up and she said she didn't see anything. I pointed it out again and she said "that's the best I can do." Honestly, a 5 year old can paint better than she could. I'm a professional compared to what she gave me. It is not worth your time or money. You might as well hire a 5 year old to paint your nails. read more

This place is terrible...to its customers and its hired help. I asked NOT to have my toenails clipped or filed ( prefer to do them myself) and what do I hear...clip! My feet were barely pumiced, my nails and cuticles were painted and under the dryer in less then 10 minutes. I don't appreciate people bringing their dirty yapping dogs in and I also don't think the Health Dept. would be thrilled either but it was obviously allowed. Some people have allergies. This place is not bad for the price and location. I always get the foot massages and they're good, but they never do a really good job on my manicure. The filing is always uneven and that makes me crazy, but I'm a perfectionist so I don't get manicures here. read more

I cannot understand why anyone would write a good review here.I've been to thi nail salon more than once(giving another technician a shot to redeem the others). The price NOT CHEAP as others say because you get the sloppiest, quickest job for your dollar. Additionally, most insincere type of friendliness here. Once, (last time ever there) the tecnician did not ask me if she could cut my toenails before she butchered my toe. It was cut soo low it was painful, swollen and pink(you know what I mean). I mentioned to the manager that my nail was cut below where it felt and looked "normal". I even asked other people who all exclaimed...."whew,does it hurt?" and "that's not right". The manager said, "so, it will grow back." I was going on vacation and one of my thumb toenails looked significantly different than any of my others or anything I've seen. They rush my daughter (who is 15 ) even though they charge her full price.And clearly don't give a hoot about customer satisfaction. People who live out here say it's a factory for city people and they don't care if you come back or not. Pay an extra few dollars and head to Sag Harbor. Got a acrylic French tip manicure they filed way to much on my nails, which you can see plus air bubbles. Did not want to pay $65, they offered $60 and snatched my card out of my hand??? This was hands down the WORST experience I have ever had at a nail salon. They were extremely pushy, I came in at 6pm and they close at 7. The pedicure was a joke... It was basically like a polish change and the lady was not good whatsoever. They closed the salon at 630 even though their "hours" say they close at 7. I felt extremely rushed not to mention the overall experience was not relaxing. It was also EXTREMELY overpriced and they definitely scammed me and charged me for something I did not ask for. I went today to have a pedicure along with my boyfriend's 13 year old daughter who was getting a manicure. The salon even though it is wintertime in, the hamptons was decent busy. After we were finished they gave me the bill, I handed my credit card to the woman. She said " oh credit card machine broken, only cash" ( they didn't say anything about that when we came in or during our service. I said " I don't have enough cash",the woman working there said "no problem we have a cash machine here in our store". This is a common scam in Mexico "the broken credit card machine/Internet not working. Bridgehampton , high end shopping plaza , big nail salon , no way the machine/Internet wasn't working. I said "why didn't you tell me before I sat down it was cash only?" ( the fees to get cash from their ATM and the fees my bank charges to use an off brand ATM are stupid and a waste) The woman said " oh it just broke" Shameful deceitful business practice. I went in for a Mani, Pedi and an eyebrow waxing. The mani and pedi were just ok, I left with polish left on my skin and they cut my finger nails to short. The nightmare was when I went to get my eyebrows waxed. I got a different girl than the one who did my nails. This girl seemed to be in a HUGE rush! My eyebrows didn't need to be shaped or anything they just needed a clean up. She smeared the wax on my face which was way to hot! When I said something to her she said its suppose to be hot but blew on it before she put anymore on my skin. When she put the strip on to remove the wax she was push and pressing so hard and fast I felt like she was punching me in the face. I actually have a bruise on my eyelid now from this. I asked her if she was in a rush? and to take it easy! I told her NOT to trim them when I layed down. Before I knew what was going on she trimmed one of my brows. I said to her I told you not to trim them! She then told me but they need to be trimmed, I said no they don't! But now you HAVE to trim the other. At the end of the whole thing I left there with 2 different eyebrows that look terrible, she screwed up the shape i had and wanted to keep and I have a bruise. I have to wait until they fully grow back so I can get them redone. When I went to the woman at the front desk (who said she was the owner) to tell her what had happened she said that they are busy and it wasn't her fault. I lost it. I told her I refuse to pay for the service(which is more than other local places). I gave her the total for the mani/pedi and left. I only stopped in because I had time to kill and I was in the Commons. I live here year round, so if it was have been a different experience i would have continued to go. They were rude and ungrateful. I've told everyone I know not to go there. read more

worst pedicure I've had in years, they rush you out, don't give you the full 10 min foot massage, awful service, they think they can charge anything because they have no competition, well do it yourself at home you would do a better job or go to one of the nicer spas & have it done for a couple of bucks more! it would be worth it.....I don't know how they stay in business read more
