Alyssa started off with my legs and worked her way up to my face. By the time I was done, I was so relaxed, I almost fell asleep on the table! Forget Disney! This is the happiest place on earth. 10/10 would recommend. I almost didn't write this because...why make it harder for me to secure a future appt. But, here goes: The ambiance is darling. You enter to a lovely aroma and the reception area which also hosts a bevy of relevant and top notch products. The sugaring room was cute and clean and my sugarista, Karla, was kind, reassuring, and very efficient. It was a very smooth (pun intended) experience. The receptionist was incredibly kind and patient. She explained a lot of the products and their benefits--it was not pushy but out of genuine concern for aftercare and result maintenance. I also did some research on my own afterwards and the products were all high quality. It's clearly the type of shop whose displayed products are vetted and worth it. Good to know. I was also given a goodie bag for first timers, which was a really cute touch that included a sample and additional info. On cost: reasonable. They offer a few free options for first time visitors (ex. Underarms). I ended up signing up for their monthly subscription which is applied to monthly services, provides discounts of products, rolls over if unused, and other perks. Loved my service here so much that I came back 2 days later for full legs! Both of the providers I experienced were efficient, thorough & great at their job! Amazing selection of handmade products from lip balm, to bath robes, to exfoliating soaps. My favorite product that I purchased was the fur oil. She sends you text reminders for appointments, tells you what to do before your appointment (such as drink lots of water) and how to care after sessions Serenity and her team are super professional. Sugar-honey: Is not hot, they rip the honey wax in the same direction as the hairs grow, and supposedly less likely for in grown hairs On a scale 1-10: pain is around 5-6 Serenity walked me through the whole process, she makes you feel super comfortable where I would 10000% recommended her business to anyone! The environment was very clean and refreshing but I received a free service as a first timer visiting. If this would had been my first ever getting sugared this would had been my last. Unfortunately the specialist didn't get all the hairs out I later had visited my wax specialist and she had to go a tweezer remain hair. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER RECEIVED!!! I live 45 minutes away and was five minutes late, only because their store front is in an odd location. When I got there, they told me they had given away my appointment to the next client and that I would have to reschedule for another day. They justified this by saying they schedule their appointments back to back and only have one employee so when one client is late, they instantly cancel it. Why would you ever schedule with literally ZERO room in between?! I explained how far I drove and they treated me like scum. I've been to sugaring salons in the city who are actually justified in being bougie and never saw such a policy. This is one of those places that acts pretentious to make up for their own irresponsibility and lack of professionalism. DONT GO! read more

Had my first visit 4 weeks ago with Serenity ( owner ) who has EASILYYYYY became my favorite person she is very honest , kind , funny , careing & knowledgeable. Such a cute and welcoming place! It seriously is a ray of sunshine from the bright yellow door and awning at the bottom of the stairs to the to the coziness of the "living room" waiting area. Serenity is unbelievably knowledgeable and makes the entire sugaring experience an enjoyable one. Never going back to traditional hard wax!!! Now that I've started sugaring with Serenity I've notice my hair growth is a lot slower and less thick than with any other hair removal service. The entire shop smells amazing because of the exfoliating bar soaps (my favorite so far has been the vanilla Chai and grits).
