My cousin came in to get pink nails for Valentine's Day and a nail tech here told her "your skin is too dark for a pink color, red would make your skin look lighter" . That is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. We will never return. Customers decide their nail color and should be able to have any color they want REGARDLESS of their complexion. Don't bother.... Don't bother finding someone you like here.... I take my mom here every few weeks and decided to get a pedicure. I was very impressed. So much so, that my mom requested the same young lady for me when we booked our next appointment. Was told "no problem" when she called. Well we showed up today--on time--, and she "wasn't available" because there she was in the back already doing a pedicure for someone else. WTF? I could see if we arrived late--why keep them waiting for me when they could start to work with someone else. Good service and tips are important. But we were on time. If you're not going to honor requests when people make appointment or if you're unwilling to do so, then don't say yes when people call. It's that simple. read more

This place has a huge turn around and that says a lot. Called them before going in and we were taken in quite immediately when we arrived. Although it did feel they rush too much at every step, so if you're not prepared with what you want, you might end up feeling anxious. Went in for a gel manicure and regular pedicure They took me to a pedicure chair . Although their massage function on the chair isn't that effective, the specialist was pretty darn good, too bad I did not end up asking what her name was. Got a french pedicure ($30) and she did a wonderful job. Did a gel manicure but didn't find my manicurist to be a good artist (lol) when it comes to a a fancy nail art. You would want to not go during their closing hours though, Google says they close at 7:30 which they do but their employees really leave at 7 and it's a shit show after that. I called them before to make sure I would get a service but at what cost! I ended up getting too overwhelmed with their rush and chaos and literally regretted spending $70 for manicure pedicure that didn't even look like it costs that much. Do yourself a favor save your money and go elsewhere. These people are the most unprofessional, rude ridiculous people I have ever had to interact with at a nail salon. I went in for gel tips and 2 to 3 days later my first nail fell off. I called to get some money back because I was very upset with the results of the manicure and I was told that I waited too long to call them so they couldn't give me my money back even though I was working doubles all day And explain that to them so I went in reluctantly to get it fixed and then two days later three other nails fell off. I haven't even had my tips on for 10 days and I have half of them missing already. Do not go here. It's terrible. I had to repeat to them over ten times I wanted my money back and guess what still not a cent back! I wish someone had warned me about going here. Went in for my appointment at 12:30 on a Friday and they said they were super busy and asked if I could come back in an hour. Luckily I had other errands to run so I went and took care of them, then came back. Once I came back, it took almost 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge that I had walked in. There was a woman walking around (maybe the manager) who finally noticed me and told me to pick a color. During my pedicure the nail tech was nice, but I wasn't happy with her work. There were unpolished spots and areas of polish on my skin. When I asked her to fix it, she just ended up making it look worse. As I was sitting at the drying station, I noticed a woman going around giving shoulder massages. The customer sitting across from me asked if there was a charge and they told her no, so she said to go ahead. The woman went around to almost every other customer, offering shoulder massages. As I watched her go around the salon, I kept trying to make eye contact with her - it never happened. It almost felt like she was purposely avoiding me. Eventually I just paid and left. I saw some good reviews on google so I came here to get acrylic tips done. I showed my nail tech a picture of which color I wanted, which overall I'm happy with the color. And a picture of the nail shape I wanted. I noticed she took a quick side glance but didn't actually look at the picture. I don't get my nails done often, only for special occasions. These cost me $55 + tip which is more than what I've paid before. The nail shape is not what I showed her. And the gel color was applied poorly. It's on my cuticles and and can easily see where the color was over applied or not done with care. She also wasn't precise in applying the acrylic and the under nail is in horrible condition. She filed it down after applying the gel - basically filing away my natural nail. So I'm worried of the condition of my natural nails now. Which were in good condition when I went there. Lastly the nail edge is not smooth at all. So all in all shape is not what I wanted, color and acrylic application is not great, and overall final result is poor. I'll have to correct this on my own. Waste of money and time...... Update: I soaked off the acrylic and it was so gooey. This means the nail tech used a MMA bonding agent instead of EMA. MMA is a banned in the use of nail care. read more

This was the worst nail appointment I've ever had in my life. I wish I could give it 0 stars. I had an appointment for an acrylic fill in with a design and the girl doing my nails rushed me out in 25 mins. I've never had such ugly, chunky, and cheap looking nails. Not to mention, this girl cut my finger with the nail drill and made me bleed. The design is not at all what I asked for and still somehow my nails came to $70. I was skeptical about this place because not a lot of nail salons know how to do gel powder but I tried it because of reviews. The owner really was nice but the girl who did my nails was so rude (young Hispanic girl). She had an awful attitude. She was rushing me to pick a color then she kept sucking her teeth while doing my nails. At one point, she snapped and rudely said why I really needed to be on my phone. My apologies, I was working at that time since I came on a Wednesday afternoon with the salon empty. Regardless, she could have asked me a little nicely if she was so bothered by it. Also, the quality of their powder manicure was not well done. My nail chipped after 2 days. I came back and they fixed the nail only for 2 other nails to chip the next day. Went in for a pedicure. The prices were reasonable. A regular pedicure is $18 but I decided to do a hot stone and lotion massage, which was 10 minutes and coat overall $30. When in my area a regular pedicure is $25. So the price didn't bother me. The gentlemen did a very good job with my pedicure and massage. It looks like they keep there tools clean and also tubs. I stopped coming to the salon years ago because of the "dragon lady" at the front desk. I found them to be very rude and inefficient. However, I read the reviews on yelp that the management had changed so decided to give them another shot. I'm glad I did. The salon is the same layout, but the people are friendly and the vibe is spa like and soothing. I have terrible feet but the guy who has done my pedicures is amazing. Gentle and thorough, he really takes his time to get your feet smooth and feeling great. He always asks if he's being too vigorous during the exfoliating or during the massage. I had high expectations of this place boy was I disappointed. I made an appointment for a eyebrow wax and pedicure. The Esthetician was very rough. She did not hold my skin down when she removed the wax which ripped my skin. I told her she needs to hold down my skin before she removes wax. She just did a quick job and handed me the mirror I just wanted out of the chair and saw stars instead of my eyebrows. Off to the pedicure. The gentleman doing my pedicure kept staring at my eyes and I could not figure out why. I was just uncomfortable but later on when I got home I saw what he was looking at. She did such an uneven job on my eyebrows and the skin was red and by evening I had a scab her from ripping my skin. As far as the pedicure went. I paid for a 46 dollar pedicure. It was just a rushed pedicure. He did not do a nice job on my toe nails. He never removed the cuticles around the nail nor did he remove the skin under the nails but are very important. Both areas were just ignored. When it came to the massage part which I always look forward to, I was in agony! I needed to stop him and tell him that he was massaging too hard and was not comfortable. The massage was not really good. For the amount I paid I should have been happy, I did treat myself for a better pedicure and was just disappointed in the whole experience. I was done in about 20 minutes. I am guessing it was just the person doing my pedicure because I saw another women who was getting a the same pedicure as me who was still getting her pedicure when I was walking out the door.
