After my last post on 6/9 i decided to give Lily salon another chance nothing wrong in second chances First let me give big credit to the Owner Lily for her professionalism and determination to make right what was becoming very difficult for me to continue to go to a salon that i felt didn't appreciate my business. my pedicures were always subpar my feet always felt awful. today 6/10 she paid close attention to all the details of my visit I literally had the best relaxing stress free day . I haven't had one of those ever in this salon it was lovely my nail tech as always was Fabulous! No complaints today i had the Best pedicure that i've received there in months my feet were actually clean and soft. Normally they felt awful. but the pedicure was awesome! I had become thoroughly disgusted with returning but i'm happy i did Thank you lily for responding to your customer with the care you provided. There are a plethora of nail salons i could go but I choose Lily nails and it's nice to know as regular customers were appreciated. read more

Not for children! Not sure why it says good for kids but this place is not. They charge the same for adults and kids. I'm not talking a teen either this is a 9 year old. Gel nail and design was $65. Absolutely outrageous to charge $25 for a design. It was uncomfortable and they were pushy. I noticed there's a language barrier with most techs as well making communication difficult. We get our nails done every 2 weeks (first time here) and this was an awful experience. My gel manicure is also way too thick. It is going to pop off. read more

Easily the best nail salon around--I drive over from Springfield to see them every few weeks. I primarily get hard gel manicures and fill-ins. I've seen both Lucy and Lili, both excellent. The salon is relaxed and quiet, which I really appreciate as well. read more

I have been going to Lily Nails on and off for about a year now. I just came back from an appointment today with Lily, the owner, and I am extremely disappointed. I spent almost 2 hours in the salon for a fill in, and Lily constantly got up and left to work on other people while doing my nails (I had made an appointment btw) and she was rushing a lot. Lily was very harsh with the massage (that didn't even last 20 seconds) and I left with cuts on my fingers. She also charged me $20 extra for a simple design that was done mediocre at best. Once I told her I was unsatisfied, she offered me a discount to which I turned down, and left. Lily FOLLOWED ME TO MY CAR and tried to offer me more gift cards. I continued to say no and then she attempted to OPEN MY CAR DOOR. My friends and I were very shocked at how this GROWN WOMAN was acting. This crossed a line and I am BEYOND unhappy. The way Lily acted was very unprofessional and I recommend going to any other nail salon if possible. read more

The facility is clean and light. There are so many color options that it is hard to make a decision. I have gotten my nails done 3x with 3 different nail technicians and all were excellent. For one of my appts, they were running behind and gave me a call in advance to give me a heads up, which I appreciate. My favorite part of service is the the back massage given after completion of services. read more

I read a lot of good reviews for this salon, and while everyone working there seemed very nice, and the salon itself was very clean, my nails turned out subpar in comparison to all of the 5 star reviews on here. There was no cuticle prep and the nail tech cut one of my cuticles open with the e-file. When they were shaping the nails with the normal file they gave me cuts on 3 of my fingers which also really hurt. The acrylic application is chunky and uneven, and the shape of the nails is unsymmetrical as well. My guess is they gave me a newer tech because I was a new customer and didn't request "one of the good ones" but if that's the case there should be a pay scale for these services, I shouldn't have to pay $85. I was really excited to try this place and find a new salon but unfortunately I don't think I'll be going back. read more

This salon has changed hands many (many!) times in the past, but the Lily, the new owner, finally got it right! The nail salon is very neat/clean, has a relaxing vibe, and realistic pricing. Went to LILY'S nails for the first time 10/4/23 around 6:15pm. I was impressed with the quality of service I received. LILLI was my nail technician, she was exceptional, she was not only friendly but knew how to properly do a powder gel manicure. I work in midtown in NYC and would commute to the upper west side every three weeks to get my nails done. I don't think I would be doing that anymore. If you are looking for a top notch mani/pedi spot. Give Lily nails a try, you would not regret it! I would like to add that I've been to Benny's nails (under previous mgmt. and name) multiples times. Was never happy with the service. I felt like they didn't take their time and overall didn't know how to do nails properly. Seems like they were always rushing and didn't have a huge selection of gel color options either. I also tried shalom nails multiple times but was never impressed with their service either. read more

Where do I even start. Their nail polish will come off so quickly after getting your nails done here. On top of that this is more expensive then it should be. Their eyelash extensions made my eyelashes fall out, when I went to go get them removed they made me do all the work to get the glue out, to get them off it's $15 and they didn't even do much then leave all the glue on my eyelashes causing more to come off. You feel watched and judged in this place by every single employee staring at you. I am never going here ever again read more

Unfortunately I won't be returning. The pedicure price increased by $5. I was surprised it increased that much. I mentioned it to the lady at the register, and she pointed to the sign and said "no it's been that way for a long time". I literally have it on my credit card statement from the last few visits when they only charged me $30! $35 is too much for a regular pedicure. I understand inflation requires prices to increase but I wish she would have been upfront about the price increase from the beginning. I'll shop around for a new salon. I used to live in hoboken and I would get great pedicures for only $20. read more

Honestly, if you want your gels to last you NEED to go Miguel. Maya did my pedicure and she did an amazing job. I got my gels done by Miguel 3 WEEKS ago and they lasted. I couldn't be happier with the work they've done. I've been to Spazio several times, my gels peeled the week of, Shalom same thing. read more
