The dip manicure was below average for sure but the reason I'm leaving a 1 star review is because one of the nail techs actually pulled on my hair. My friend and I came together and the tech asked her if my hair was real, turned around, touched my hair with out asking pulled on it. I was mid dip gel manicure or would've walked out. The nails aren't great and the service & ambience are lacking big time. There are better places in the neighborhood. read more

I haven't found a nail place that I liked in my area so I decided to try here since my friend recommended it. I tried SNS since the tech insisted it would last longer than a gel manicure. I was not happy with the end result. My nails looked really thick. I also got a pedicure. It was a standard pedicure but the nail polish did not cover my entire nail. i don't recommend this place. I felt so claustrophobic. it's tiny. and as soon as you walk in everyone and everything is in your face. as soon as I walked in she asked me to wash my hands. then I was at the wall just looking colors and I hear "hey you". as she (the owner) was looking at my nails she asked if I wanted to try the dip powder and after I said no I don't like it she asked me 3 more times. I said no I don't like how it felt and she said it will protect your nail. I said no again. then she asked where I had it done before. and I didn't wanna say I got it done here. so I said I don't remember. then she started. and she just badly filed my nails. and added a tip to one I just got a gel manicure. And you can see the tip she did nothing to my nails. just painted them. This was Wednesday by Friday the polish had chipped on two nails. now it's Sunday and all the polish is chipped on more nails. This will always be my go-to nail salon. Ken is amazing! The other people I have gotten there though, aren't bad either. If you get tips (or don't) the SNS lasts (at least) 3 weeks! && I'm the type of person that if 1 nail comes off, I'll take all of them off - so, the fact that they stay on is very important to me. Of course, if something gets messed up in a day or so, (which only happens if I do something stupid lol), they'll fix it for free. But, even the charms on my nails - large & small ones - last 3 weeks! That's unheard of & I love it !! Also, ur welcome to bring ur own "nail bling" if there's something specific u want done & they don't have it there. I only brought the foil lines w/ me because they have pretty much everything else. && i always hook my appts 1-2 days in advance -- I show up approx 5min early, or on time, to pick out my Color (they have a LOT of SNS colors to choose from, so make sure you make time for that! -- I almost always pick out 2-3 diff colours to put on my nails bcuz I like to have my ring finger diff & sometimes I'll have ombré nails, which they do with SNS -- if you get ombré nails, just make sure they put a lot of the darker Color on & then put clear powder over it so when they file it, it doesn't file off--but, I won't get my nails done anywhere else. If you have any problems - (want ur nails shaped differently, a diff Color, a design, charms/rhinestones, etc. last min), they'll happily do it for you. I've had my current nails on for 3 1/2 weeks (I haven't been able to have them done cuz I've been away) & they're all still on & perfect! - aside from growing out, obviously. But, I plan to get them filled in, in a few days when I return to the area. -- no other nail salon has come close to keeping my nails on this long - && the SNS isn't bad for ur nails, either. It won't chip, break, crack - anything! The pedicures are great, too. They're not out of this world, but they're not bad at all. It's a typical pedicure- nothing to complain about. Also, I know with Ken, she does nails very quickly! So, if you're pressed for time, book w/ her - she'll get u in & out in like 30min w/ a full set of SNS nails (obvi w/o any extra artwork & whatnot -- that can take some time depending on the detail) As long as u make an appointment, for just SNS (tips) it takes 30-45min - a pedicure is 45min-1hour, depending on the type of pedi & nail art (I always get nail art on my pedicures though) -- read more

I want to start with a positive. My nail tech, Mai, is awesome! She always makes sure my nails are perfect and we keep in touch through text to find the best times for me and her as well. I love her and she is the main reason why I go here. Now, I had a horrible experience with the owner. Mai was not there yet and I had a question about a nail color.. when I went to ask my question she cut me off and said "don't ask me. I don't take care of you." I felt extremely disrespected.
