Love this local nail spot. I've been going here for 2 years. My girl and I visit often for mani and pedis. I've gone to other spots around the way and I've never been satisfied until this spot. They have different foot soaks, they do eyebrows, wax, different gels. Good customer service, I've never had any breaks or chips. Yumi does my nails but the other techs are awesome too. horrible horrible horrible. I never tried this nail salon because I typically get my nails done in Atlanta. First of all, you can tell if a nail salon is good but the way they remove your nail polish/SNS/gel. They literally dunked my entire nail in a bowl acetone, making my whole hand shrivel up like a raisin. This was the first red flag and I should've left, but I thought maybe they would do a good job on my nails. Then, of course they picked the WRONG color, and I even asked the person doing my nails if it was the right color because it looked so different, and he said yes. What's worse is that they didnt even shape my nails well. I asked for ROUND, and it's literally so jagged that I can scratch my skin with it. Even my friend asked me what's wrong with my nails. Last but not least, i didn't ask for opague powder. Of course they put opague powder on my nails, but OF COURSE it is extremely inconsistent with gaps of no color on my nails and no clear edges. Horrible. The only OKAY thing about the place is that when I told them about the wrong color, they tried to help me but obviously they couldn't take the whole thing off and redo it. No one has time for that. Y'all might be thinking I'm overexaggerating, but trust me, it's pretty bad. read more

I used to love this salon but recently they've been watering down the gel polish with acetone & every time I get a manicure the polish cracks & chips & is cracking my actual nails. This is the second time this has happened & now my nails are childishly short due to them cracking from the cheap watered down polish. Unless they stop doing this I will not be going back. read more

the nail tech's at this shop are extremely lazy. they literally send customers away who arrive to get their nails done about an hour prior to closing. it is one of the worst things i've ever seen in my life! i had previously gotten my nails done there n 2 day's later 1 of the nails broke. i arrived 45 35 minutes prior to closing to fix the 1 nail that broke n the lady(boss) looked at clock and said "i can't do it bc we close soon". i was surprised bc i've never been turned away from a nail salon especially, when i'm trying to fix 1 nail that i had just gotten done at their shop. i even tried explaining that it was a quick fix bc it's only 1 nail n you guys are still open per posted hours. also, i informed her that she is the one who had just done my nails 2 days prior n 1 just broke which shouldn't have happened. it didn't matter she didn't give a damn. i didn't return for several weeks after that. i decided to try them again; biggest mistake ever! never again! i'm done with the lazy crap. they literally had 50 minutes prior to closing. who turns customers away that spend over $60.00 on their nails getting done??? if it were my business i wouldn't be that stupid. what's so bad is that nail salon is never busy like that. why would u continually send paying customers away. please note that in addition to the money that i spent on my nails, i have alway tip them very well. it's really a bad experience. if you have posted hours as a business you should honor those hours. if not you should post a sign saying, even though the hours say till 8pm if you arrive anytime after 7pm you will not be serviced. thanks for your business or not... unbelievable, the worst place. so, if you want to get ur nails done at this salon just make sure you don't show up in the evening bc chances are you'll be turned away bc they rather sit n watch videos/t.v. then do their job. smh... read more
