I wish I would of read the reviews first... never have I had a gel manicure chip and after just a few days four nails chipped.. also when asking for a price was told $33 and then because I got matte gel they charged $38, fine but she could of mentioned that and it's pretty ridiculous being the matte is also just a clear coat and nothing special. The WORST mani-pedi ever! Had an appointment - 3 of us - for spa mani/pedi. They were not staffed to accommodate. Then they don't ask what kind you want. They cut the length they want. We all left there with cuticles untrimmed and full on callouses we came in with! No jets turned on or soap in the water. On the plus side, our feet are clean and nails are polished. Came in for a pedicure and I am mortified at the lack of cleanliness.... my usual spot puts liners in each one of the pedicure stations...this place I didn't even see them wiped or rinsed out after use.... the lady next to me had some kind of nail fungus and they tried to use the same file on my toes I was mortified I thought it was now required for there to be a different file for each customer! Honestly horrified and praying I don't catch some kind of skin infection.... STAY AWAY! read more

The worst!!! Ran in for a quick pedicure and they were slow and very unskilled! My feet look as dry as they were when I came in! Who gets a pedicure and they don't use pumice all over your feet?! I actually enjoy coming here. I think a few years ago it was not a nice place, but the inside now looks redone, and ask of the girls that work here are so sweet to me. They offer a huge selection of colors, including a wide range of gel colors, which I love. It's fairly clean, well lit, and fairly priced for the area. One of these days I'll get a chair massage chair with my manicure, they look great! They lost a star only because my gel polish seems to lift a little earlier than if I go to other places, but it's not a big deal. Perhaps something is different in their process. If there were negative stars I would give that instead. PLEASE BEWARE. I came in for a full set of tips Friday. The woman doing my nails was not paying attention, she was too busy chatting with the woman next to her. Not only did she nick my skin with the nail instruments making two of my fingers bleed, but the nails were not filed properly and VERY uneven. Although I was unhappy, I decided to at least give a little tip on my credit card when it came time to pay. The woman doing my nails rudely told me they do not take tips on cards. When I explained I had no cash she insisted I cross the tip off the line and go to the ATM down the street. I had signed and authorized for a $40 charge. When I left, I was very upset especially with the quality of my nails (my hair was getting caught under the tips at the bottom and pulling up the nail after a few minutes!). Due to this, I decided not to go to the ATM for the tip (I know it is customary to tip and I usually always do, but the experience was so awful and I have to pay to get multiple nails repaired at a different shop after not even a few days of having the nails). 6 days later I checked my bank account after it seemed a little low. THEY PUT A TIP ON MY CARD WITHOUT AUTHORIZATION! I AM FURIOUS WITH THIS "SALON". Although they did refund me the tip that they illegally and fraudulently added to my card in cash, if I never checked my account I would have never known they planned on stealing my money. I have reported this to the better business bureau however I want to warn everyone. Make sure you check your account after visiting! read more

I definitely will not be returning to this nail salon. I payed $30 to get gel nails and was told that they would last at least 2 weeks before any chipping occurred. However, this was not the case and 2 days later they were chipping already. I also had my eyebrows waxed here and they just needed a clean up nothing too major. I went to fill in right before christmas because I couldn't make it to my normal girl in shirley and they are just horrible. First off only two of them know how to do acrylic nails. They don't know how to do design they barley know anything. Not even painting, half my nail wasn't painted. I'm sorry but this has by far one of the worse places i've ever gotten my nails down.
