The receptionist called them, and they said their machine broke and they were getting it fixed. He said they would call him when they were 30 minutes out. I wait til 430 pm and no one came or called me. Monday comes and I called at 8 am before they opened and left a message to see if they would be there Monday morning. I expected basic cleaning which they did not. They did not cleaned toilets, tubs, or master shower. The floors were not mopped. The TVs were not cleaned. The downstairs floors were not vacuumed and they used some sort of buffer, which actually left a white residue on the floors. Horrible experience. The Worst service I have ever received! I rather have took the time to clean myself. I requested service for convenience but ended up paying and doing the work myself. Value- please save your money. Go somewhere else!
