Service requested was house cleaning. I requested a quote to clean my 4 bedroom 3 bath home. They responded quickly and we scheduled house cleaning. They showed up, and they started cleaning. The lady seemed like she was trying to actually clean, but the man seemed annoyed and upset. He kept grunting obnoxiously through out the 3.5 hours they were here. At one time, he even started banging our blinds. Quality- as far as quality goes, there is none. I expected basic cleaning which they did not. They did not cleaned toilets, tubs, or master shower. The floors were not mopped. The TVs were not cleaned. The downstairs floors were not vacuumed and they used some sort of buffer, which actually left a white residue on the floors. Horrible experience. The Worst service I have ever received! I rather have took the time to clean myself. I requested service for convenience but ended up paying and doing the work myself. Value- please save your money. Go somewhere else! We paid to get our house more dirty. My husband and I had to help them try to clean when they were still here and after they left. Also, they are very responsive when giving you a quote, but I have tried contacting them with my complaints and no response. read more

His price was not only the best I found but he was very responsive. I bookmarked him and waited almost two weeks to schedule my appointment.
