My cat Panda tragically passed away and I didn't know who to call. It was a Sunday and our vet was closed. I called Angel Wings and explained what had happened to my pet. The woman on the phone was kind, sweet, and helpful. A worker came and picked up our Panda within a few hours of our call. The worker was so patient when we said our final goodbyes to our Panda. They explained their process and assured us our Panda was in good hands. They kept us informed of where they were in the process and when they would return Panda back to us. This company went above and beyond for us. Every item we selected was beautifully put together. I truly appreciate Angel Wings and their care for our beloved pet. We lost our sweet 8-year-old girl Logan in the early hours of the morning to cancer. She had been with us since she was 7-weeks old and helped our entire family with her loving and loyal nature, especially my husband, after his last deployment to Afghanistan. We were a mess that day. We'd only learned of her diagnosis a day before and initially had an in home vet appointment to help her cross the rainbow bridge, but she left on her own accord just a couple hours earlier. Not knowing what the next steps would be, I quickly ran to Yelp to find a service just like Angel Wings. We have toddler and a newborn at home and taking Logan to the vet or taking a long drive to the crematory seemed like such a daunting task that would be the saddest drive we'd ever take. When you lose a family member such as Logan, you just want to do right by them. Even though she'd passed, I wanted her to be treated with respect and for my peace of mind--I wanted her to be comfortable and safe. When I saw that Angel Wings was available to call 24/7 it immediately gave me confidence that this was the route for us. Not only that, I felt that they answered with warm immediacy which was comforting and reassuring when you feel heartbroken and don't know where to start. They gave me a quote and timeframes they'd be available to pick her up. I was glad that I did not have to think of all the logistics and just be present with my family as we honor Logan. John was respectful of our time and of family who made their way to say their goodbyes. I didn't really know what to expect and didn't know how it would go--but with our experience, John came in with a rolling black tote for us to place Logan in. He offered to carry her in and place her, but my husband wanted to carry her himself one last time. We wrapped her in her favorite blankets and said a few words with her closest friends and family around her. So many tears, so much love and Angel Wings didn't make us feel rushed at all which we all greatly appreciated. It's so hard to say goodbye and being able to have that send off was worth its value for us. Also having her ashes delivered to us and not having to make another sad drive to the crematory is another relief. Highly recommend their services. This is going to be long. So it's taken me since October 29th 2025 to make this review. I lost my last girl and I had never cremated one of my girls before. All six sisters of her are in my back yard. So when my last girl crossed the rainbow bridge I wanted something different. I couldn't speak. I lost my girl of 12 years I could barely text. So it was nice that when I contacted them via text they responded very quickly. They gave me a quote and they picked her up fairly quickly too. They picked her up with dignity and respect. I was a nervous wreck when they came for her. I was balling my eyes out and the gentleman who took care of my girl knew the pain I was going through. When she crossed the rainbow bridge I placed flowers around her and the gentleman asked me if I would like for her to go with them. I'm thankful he thought of my pain. Not many words were exchanged. But it was enough for me to feel my baby girl was gonna be in good hands. Like I said I had never cremated one of my girls before so I didn't understand the process. I didn't know how long it was going to take. All in all they came and picked her up with dignity and respect. I was texting them for updates and they promptly answered my text (again I was in no place to talk to anyone). The best part of this was they hand delivered her to me. I don't know if I could have enough strength to go pick her up so I'm glad they provided that for me. The customer service is great and prompt. Their handling of my girl was very professional. One of the worst days of my life was holding my beautiful Maltese Bella as she died of heart failure. She was our beloved little sidekick for almost 14 years, and I can't imagine life without her. It's like all the color left with her sweet soul. In the midst of my heartbreak and dread, I called Angel Wings for help. John was very caring and understanding, and he sent someone right over to pick up my Bella. I didn't get that man's name, but he was also so caring and compassionate. He took time to reassure me that Bella would be in safe hands and he explained the process to me. Bella was brought home today, in a lovely little box with her name. Included was a votive candle, a card and a keychain. I want to start by saying how extremely grateful I am to Angel Wings for the service they provide and for helping me so much through this really difficult time. As mentioned, this is still a really difficult time in my life as my dog and best friend passed away suddenly. It was an extremely traumatizing event and I really wished to have Prince cremated instead of buried. My boyfriend helped me along the way and found this service. It's a business ran by two really dedicated and passionate individuals ( husband and wife ) and my boyfriend spoke with the wife on the phone and they were able to drive out and pick up my beloved Prince. Our location was a little bit out of the way and further out for them, however they were so nice that they still came and picked him up, which that in itself ... words can't describe how grateful I am because I couldn't handle seeing him in that way let alone taking him myself somewhere to have him cremated... emotionally that would have been too much for me. They were very quick with pick up especially for the fact that we contacted them later in the day. I believe my boyfriend contacted them around 3:30pm and they were able to pick him up by 7:00pm ( mind you the place was a bit out of the way for them). I also want to mention that this was the evening before Thanksgiving . Im still filled with grief and I'm unsure if it's ever going to go away. Prince was a wonderful dog and he was my best friend. I am so grateful for the paw prints and the beautiful urn box along with such a pretty passage that brought my eyes to tears . The little details do matter and they do mean a lot to people, so from the bottom of my heart -- thank you. This won't take any of the pain I feel away, but it did somewhat bring me some comfort to have him here still with me. To be able to see his little paw prints which came out so detailed. Due to the horrible summer California heat I lost two-two year old Frenchie's to heat stroke. It was such a devastating experience. Luckily Angel Wings came to my rescue. I called them and John was so kind and within a couple of hours he came and picked up my 2 fur babies. He was very professional and compassionate. Angel Wings really lives up to their name. I first used their services a year ago when we lost our sweet Dixi. John from Angel Wings came to our house to retrieve her body, so I did not have to worry about transporting her anywhere. I was naturally absolutely distraught, but John was very gracious with me during an incredibly emotional time. He did not rush my goodbye with her. Instead, he waited very patiently until I was ready to let him take her away. I was so impressed with the level of care he took with her that I didn't hesitate to call him again last month when our beloved Rascal was dying. We lost her very suddenly and had to say goodbye to her at the vet. He was able to pick up her body from the vet within hours the same day. He even took a picture of her and sent it to us upon his arrival (because I was so paranoid they'd give him the wrong dog!). He was incredibly accommodating and honored every request I made of him. He even went so far as to collect ink prints of her paw and a lock of her hair for me. Both times their ashes were delivered to me with thoughtfulness and care. Both their packages had very sweet sentiments. Their level of care even extended to carefully putting together a beautiful bag that was delicately wrapped, had a certificate of cremation, and even a mourning candle. I'm absolutely blown away by their services. Losing a pet is an incredibly devastating experience, but it helped so much to have someone there who truly respected their bodies and understood what my husband and I were going through. I really felt like Angel Wings took care of my babies like they were their very own. I cannot recommend their services enough. our dog passed this Friday evening unexpectedly at our house. on a Friday night we had very little options and wanted her to keep her dignity. Angel Wings were the only people that would answer, even while they were on the phone with somebody else I got a text back immediately. they were very compassionate, and even though they are in Sacramento they drove all the way out to Fairfield and picked up our dog. We wanted a private cremation and her ashes and they will even drive those back out to us in a few days. I am disappointed by my experience with Angel Wings. As a grieving pet parent, I expected a service that would show more empathy and different level of care throughout the process. I selected Angel Wings based on the Yelp reviews that raved about respect, care, and sensitivity. My experience began when I called early in the morning to arrange cremation for my cat. The interaction was neutral and quick - nothing to complain of on my end. The customer service agent was helpful and explained that a driver would be by in a few hours to pick up my cat. However, the experience took a turn when the driver arrived. The exchange was brief, awkward, and distant. It was limited to him stating he would need a bigger tote, returning with one, putting my cat in it and stating he was sorry for my loss. I thanked him and he simply asked, "So debit, or credit". After paying he said it would take 8-10 business days to return my boy and he left. I wasn't sure what I expected but the lack of empathy and overall coldness of the interaction left me distraught. I chalked those feelings up to me being overly emotional while in grief. I am not normally the type to leave reviews, but I was put over the edge after receiving a text message out of the blue 4 business days later that my cat's remains would be dropped off within 2 hours. Not only was I not home, I was in no way emotionally prepared to receive my cat's remains. In a state of shock I did instruct the driver to leave my cat on the porch, but ultimately ended up rushing home in a state of distress as it did not feel right to leave him outside. I had a very distressing evening that I was in no way prepared for. On a positive note, my kitty's remains were packaged up nicely, and Angel Wings included a complementary candle and keychain. Ultimately, this company did not operate with the level of empathy, care, or sensitivity that I expected for something as emotional as handling the remains of a beloved pet. I would recommend they update their drop off procedure to call or text ahead of time to arrange for a drop off and would also recommend some sensitivity coaching for their drivers. read more

I could not have asked for more from Angel Wings. After finding that my sweet girl had passed overnight I was distraught and at a loss for what to do. I found Angel Wings after a frantic google search and called them first thing in the morning (about 6:15AM). I believe this is a family run business but I spoke with a lady who was kind and did not rush me when I was stumbling and blubbering over my girl. It was about $640 for the basic cremation and cherrywood box without all of the frills (she was about 95lbs). They'll send you an invoice to your email so you may pay ahead of time, otherwise you'll have to pay when John gets there. I gave her the details and made my selections and she informed me that her partner John would be able to come get my dog that day. She gave me an appropriate time frame and text me with updates for his arrival. He arrived 2.5 hours later (very quick). He offered to answer any questions I may have had and asked if I needed a few minutes with my dog before taking her to the truck in a tote, unfortunately I was a mess and couldn't stand to see her that way so I politely declined. I recieved a message today, about a week later, that they will be bringing her back home tomorrow. They have made this very painful and sudden experience a bit more bearable and I appreciate them so much for taking care of my girl and bringing her back to me. read more

Angel Wings was truly a light in the darkest time. We lost our sweet Casper (5 year old Colorpoint Siamese) tragically and unexpectedly around 8pm last Saturday night. We were in shock and completely devastated. My mind couldn't handle the idea of leaving him in the garage (wrapped in a blanket in a box), yet I didn't want to bring him inside and freak out my other 3 fur babies. We knew the vet was closed until Monday and the idea of waiting and then driving him to the vet was sickening. I hadn't had to deal with this before. I googled pet cremation services and again - closed til Monday. But then I found Angel Wings. Heartbroken and through the tears I called the number. My beloved fur baby Leayah passed away Feb 2. Her and l had been though so much together. She was always there for me and always made me feel better she loved to go for walks and car rides. It's just a simple paw print on a around piece of clay. The clay is a little thicker on one side then the other so the paw print is little off but you what it's OK cause I can touch it close my eyes and see my baby and that's what is important to my.one of the letters in her name you can't see it very well it didn't go deep enough in to the clay. I had to have my baby put to rest the end of May. I was just crushed. I called Angel Wings the night before and spoke with John. He agreed to meet me at the vet and take her from there. It was so hard to let her go, but John gave me all the time I needed with her. He was so compassionate and sat and talked with me. It was comforting to know a total stranger felt my grief and in no way rushed me. Two weeks later he brought her home. The only thing that could have made this better would be a bigger urn for her ashes as I had cut some of her hair and wanted to put her collar inside with her. I barely had room to close the urn with her hair inside so I ended up buying another urn elsewhere.
