I was looking to get my lashes done and thought I'd stop by. I'm glad I did, I walked in and scheduled an appointment. When I got there I wasn't sure what I wanted so she showed different lashes and asked what I like from them and I ended up deciding on cat eye. Before she started my lashes she showed me the length and asked if I was okay with it and showed it to me on my eye so I can see where the lash would hit. The experience was very pleasant and relaxing. She was very careful and thorough. Usually when I get my lashes done my eyes burn at the end but she made sure it was dry before opening my eyes. Had the fan on so the fumes wouldn't burn. She even made sure the tape was in good so my lashes wouldn't stick to the bottom. 10/10 I would recommend her. She's very patient and welcoming. read more

Easy communication, replied pretty quickly and made my appointment for the next morning! I went in and she confirmed what I wanted to do and I said yes hybrid! Then she helped me but giving me a few options of the shape which is doll or cat eye and I really appreciated that because I wasn't sure how to describe fully what I wanted, then showed her the picture and she said she can do it! I usually don't leave reviews but I am leaving one today! I have only gotten lash extensions once ( by another place and I loved them), so I saved up and decided I liked their prices and the pictures they posted of their work. So I sent them a reference picture and they said they can absolutely do it. (Side note: the reference picture came from a photo they posted here that they "supposedly" did.) I come down the next day and walk in, it's decorated all nicely and pink! The lash beds however were just plastic and no sheets so it was a little uncomfortable but nothing bad. I went over exactly what I wanted: natural, short, anime inspired doll look! The nice lash artist said she could do that and I laid down. Now the lash process was comfortable, my eyes burned a little but thing to bad. Anyways, she finishes after 90 minutes and I look and they are just not what I asked for, but I am a very awkward person so I just pay and go. I get to my car and I just can't seem to like them, so I message asking if she can change it. She replies and I explain thoroughly what I wanted and I sit back down in the plastic lash bed. She "fixes" it (which was painful) and I think it's better and I go home. But I just keep thinking like "I do not love it", and it was scratching the corner of my eye which sucked. I ask her to come BACK in to either change or remove and I get there 2 hours after my appointment finished and ask for a removal and refund. The application was damaging to my lashes and was just so bad. She tells me "Oh I can only give 50% refund" and I didn't accept that, the application was bad, it was NO where close to my reference pictures and my eyes burned when I blinked. For the price being $89 without tip, you'd think they'd be understanding. Long story short, after stating my point, I got my full refund and no removal. Since they wanted to charge $20 for a removal, I went to a place down the road called Queen Lash for a removal ($10). I wouldn't recommend this place. Just got my lashes done with Elise, and she's a total dear. I usually have a hard time finding a lash tech that can squeeze me in last minute, and she so kindly fit me into her schedule. It gets very busy during the holidays, and I'm so glad she was able to take me super last minute. I needed a new set of lashes, badly. Elise did a beautiful cat eye set with a D curl on me. I had never tried D before, and I am very happy with the results. The hair she uses is very good. High quality mink, lightweight, and looks and feel natural. She was very thorough and meticulously placed the lashes on perfectly throughout the whole process. & it was nice to converse with her as well. I will be back as I booked my fill appt right after my service. She's fantastic, I absolutely love my lashes, and the service is tops! I love how gentle and skilled she is! My previous lash artists would pinch or pull on my lids when removing old extensions or tape, sometimes causing my bottom lashes to stick to the top. With her, my lashes are perfectly even on both sides, and my retention is nearly 100%. They look full yet feel incredibly lightweight, with no stray extensions placed too close to my lids that could cause irritation. I'm beyond satisfied! read more

I am surprised there are not more great reviews. Studio is new to OC is likely why. I have been here 2 times and really like my results. On My first visit, they had to refill an existing set from someone else which I know can be hard. My 2nd visit was exactly 2 weeks apart. To be honest i could have waited 3 weeks. The owner was extremely careful. She has a nice soft touch and is very careful not to pull or tug. The place is extremely relaxing. Just lay down with soft music and enjoy doing nothing. Location is right off freeway making it easy to get to. Stuido is small, clean and well maintained. There are many available times allowing for flexibility. Easy to book. Easy to pay.
