During the rental period, the key pod accidentally came off the key ring and was lost somewhere in our neighborhood. We immediately contacted Enterprise and even drove to the rental location to try to resolve the issue. We were told they did not keep spare keys available and that we needed to contact roadside assistance. Roadside assistance explained that we had until the end of our rental period to locate the key pod and return it without being charged the replacement fee. We followed those instructions, and the very next day we located the key pod. Enterprise arranged an Uber for us to travel to a 24-hour Enterprise location to get another rental vehicle. This process took approximately five hours of our time and caused additional stress and inconvenience during an already difficult situation. We returned the vehicles three days earlier than required because we purchased a replacement vehicle. Despite returning the rentals early and locating the key pod, Enterprise still charged us $227 plus tax for the key fob replacement. I am extremely disappointed that Enterprise did not take the circumstances into consideration. We were already dealing with the aftermath of an accident that was not our fault, and instead of receiving understanding and support, we experienced additional frustration, wasted time, and unexpected charges. I expected better communication, customer service, and consideration from Enterprise. This entire experience was very disappointing, and I hope Enterprise reviews how situations like this are handled in the future. Customers going through stressful circumstances deserve better.

I made a reservation with AVIS, and apparently that word means something very different to them…read morethan it does to the rest of us. When I arrived, ready to pick up the car I had reserved, I was told they didn't actually have one available. I couldn't help but feel like I had walked straight into that Seinfeld episode where Jerry says, "You know how to take the reservation, you just don't know how to hold the reservation... and that's really the most important part." I was told there were no cars available at any AVIS locations--except maybe the airport. "Maybe." Not exactly reassuring. I was told they had attempted to call me ahead of time to let me know (despite the emails I continued to receive confirming my reservation), I actually checked my incoming call log just to be sure, not a single call from them. No missed call, no voicemail, nothing. So I don't know what happened there. If reservations don't guarantee a car, what's the point? This wasn't just inconvenient, it completely disrupted my plans. I'll give them 1 star (because I have no other option) and to be fair, the staff members I spoke with were at least polite when delivering the bad news. And honestly, this seems like a failure on the company's end, not the individual employees who had to deal with the situation. Would NOT recommend. Enterprise would NEVER, I'm sticking with them for here on out.

When I arrived, the SUV was disgustingly dirty, only 3/4 tank, smelled damp, and had issues (dirty windows/glare at night, no washer fluid, dead USB/power plugs, CarPlay kept crashing and I had to restart the vehicle to use maps). No real effort to fix anything--just excuses and "partial reimbursement" for a car wash because they "don't have a car wash." Returned it at 1/2 tank and they charged me $51 to bring it to 3/4. Zero customer service. I spent $751 and shouldn't have had to wash the vehicle or fight over basic stuff. Taking my company account elsewhere. Would not recommend.

Gave me a second car that needed air in one of the tires. To top it off the car had been smoked in and the car wasn't treated. I ended up taking the car because I felt bad for the people waiting. So I'm driving around in a car that smells like smoke. Lucky me. I have needed rentals lately and I've discovered that the smaller places don't have a way to wash the car. So you get what you get. Avoid sadly.

I knew from the other reviews that the location was located within the dealership and the signage made it pretty clear where to go. I had no trouble finding the location and upon entering the office, Lily waved me in and was immediately helpful. I provided my drivers license and credit card and she had me on my way very quickly. Customer service was top notch and she even wished me a belated happy birthday when she saw that it was the same week. My rental vehicle was very nice and comfortable. It was half full and this was notated on the agreement and that is how I returned the vehicle. I had no issues and Lily even was there on Monday and asked me how everything went. I was very pleased with my car rental experience and would rent here again. This is not an airport, do not expect the experience to be like an airport.
