The ingredients were fresh, the flavors were full, and each dish felt homemade. I'm still thinking about it days later. Didn't get an opportunity to see the indoor section of the restaurant. The server was very friendly, but they were very busy and it did affect speed of service. In terms of beverages, I ordered horchata because I always order horchata. I have yet to meet a horchata I didn't like, and this was no exception. Sweet and delicious. I ordered birria tacos and a loroco pupusa. The birria was tasty and savory, as to be expected. Like most people, I dip my tacos in the broth because it's delicious. The loroco pupusa was really cheesy, which is a plus for me. All in all, this was a great place and I look forward to going back to try other items on their menu.

Melissa, Jay, Erica and crew were outstanding. Great communication, professional and on time. They went above and beyond to make our day easy and stress free. The appetizers, pizza, and salad were so delicious. I was running on adrenaline, as I'm sure most brides do, and still took note of their hustle. It was delicious! My husband ordered the pepperoni which was equally good. We devoured them pretty quickly. The edges were blackened but still flavorful - exactly what I imagined for a wood fired pizza! I heard that the margherita is amazing so I plan to try that next time. If you see this food truck around - I highly recommend ordering a pizza

Both were well made and had plenty of flavor. The cashier at the food truck was super friendly and had a great sense of humor. Their menu items can be a bit pricey but quality ingredients are used and you can taste the difference. I'm glad we tried The Frenchman out.

Two Silos is hiring bouncers and treating decent families like they're just groups of drunken…read morepeople. I don't go out to be treated like I'm in some colonial tavern in Virginia . I went there to have a good time and instead found rude, prehistoric behavior. Me and my family specifically chose a table with an umbrella because today at the USA game rain was coming. In the middle of the game, an employee came over and started abruptly removing our umbrella. I told him what is happening and I wanted to keep it because that was the whole reason we chose that table. His response? "I don't care. The manager ordered it." While he was pulling the umbrella out, he was so intimidating and came so close that he almost hit me in the head with it. Not once did he apologize or show any concern. Rude and scary We immediately left our food and untouched drinks at the table and leave My recommendation: If you're looking for a place where families are welcomed and customers are treated with respect, spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of places that understand hospitality. Unfortunately, 2Silos isn't one of them. I will never come back and the guy in the picture should have a better training and customer service is a matter of time before he hurts a customer
