Fabulous experience. They brought me to my room right away and asked what level of pressure I preferred. Five star massage that focused on my neck, back, and shoulders. 60 minutes. She commented on how tight my shoulders were and asked if I'd like to add on Chinese cupping for $10 or $15 more which I did. It was the true Chinese cupping with glass bulbs and I'll admit it hurt for the first 30 seconds but then it was fine and let me tell you my back and shoulders were SO RELAXED afterward! The massage itself was very good. What wasn't good was when it was time to checkout. The price of the massage had increased and what was posted online was no longer accurate. Then I was trying to tip 10% and they stopped me and questioned if I was only tipping 10% and said they normally receive 20% in tip. They just stood there and wouldn't continue processing the transaction with a 10% tip. I ended up pulling out cash to tip 20%. The reason for a 10% tip instead of 20% like I normally would is because during my massage the girl stopped to answer the ringing phone (which she had in the room with her) and schedule a massage. Then, a few minutes later the soothing music cut out to a very loud and long Kroger commercial. I've never had a massage where the music was interrupted by commercials. Again, the actual massage technique was good, but having the massage interrupted by answering the phone and commercials was not and then having someone demand a larger tip was not a great overall experience. read more

The previous reviews were not an exaggeration! This place was absolutely amazing! I scheduled an appt a few days in advance to celebrate my husbands bday/ our anniversary for a couples massage. The ladies were very nice, welcoming and professional. The location was very clean, smelled great and had spacious rooms. We arrived about ten minutes before our scheduled time and were shown to our room where we got ready for our massages. I am always very mindful of the time because I've had so many places start late and finish early ripping you off by 15 or 20 min. This was not the case. This place truly gives you all of the massage time that you paid for. Time doesn't start until hands are on your body. The massages themselves were THE best my husband and I both have ever had. They ask you the amount of pressure you would like applied and really get to work. They use their whole arms for real.. sounds crazy but it's great lol hands,elbows, forearms .. amazing, hot stones and when you purchase a full body they mean full body, very thorough (I've gone to a few places that will not even lotion your feet because they want you to pay for a foot massage seriously?! I came in as a walk in and got the 60 minute massage by Julie! Julie was excellent! I had one of the best massages ever! Her pressure was on point because I wanted medium. Her hands were wonderful! She really got into the tissues of my muscles! I felt like a baby during the massage! Meaning that I felt cared for and great! I would certainly come back again all the way from Jonesboro and ask for her. I usually request a male therapist because of the strength of their hands but she was perfect. Medium not too soft and not too hard. I'm also sure that the other therapist was great because my husband enjoyed his massage as well! Julie is too excellent to be located way out there! One if the best deep tissue massage I have ever received. They also walk on your back (I cannot remember the term used for it) and it is life changing. Elaine is wonderful and applies deep pressure even though she is small in stature. Great hours, location and very clean. Very professional and she always keeps me covered up with a sheet. I have never felt uncomfortable while there. Very quiet and soothing while inside. They offer a wide selection of services and prices are fair. $60/hour. Try for yourself... This was my first time visiting the establishment but wont be my last! You hear about places getting shut down for illegal stuff quite often, so I was nervous when I first walked in but quickly relaxed when I saw how professional everything looked. I paid for a one hour massage, and I feel like the girl gave me two hours. I did not get her name, but she was doing so good, I fell asleep twice. She massaged the entire hour without pause and every second was amazing. Very professional, very effective, and very reasonable on price.
