It completely soaked the cabinet below my sink and, of course, ran into my finished basement. I found this business on Yelp and contacted them. They came right out within a day or so and conducted a damage assessment. From there they handled all the processes and paperwork with my home Insurer. The crew was prompt each of the two days they worked at my house, were quite respectful of my property (wore booties to protect the floors, etc.) and removed all the damaged material safely. They have a very knowledgeable staff, provided excellent advice, customer service and kept me informed along the way. Once I contacted them, I really didn't have to do too much of anything, as they took care of the necessary procedures, including keeping my insurer appraised. I don't know about the overall value as far as price is concerned, since my insurer handled this directly with them, and covered the expenses. My insurance accepted their assessment right away. I will note that my Insurance Representative was pleased with their service and was already familiar with their work, so that says a lot about their integrity and reputation. Once there, if your materials are sorted, it will make it easier for everyone involved and for them to pay you cash. We went this morning and my husband was hoping for around $75 for our truck full of metal. We were pleasantly surprised when the grand total came to just under $240. Obviously if you clean and separate your copper pipes, you're going to get more than if they are lumped together with other materials. They even took a whole bin full of random cables and cords that I probably would've thrown in the trash had my husband not set them aside. We will continue to use this business for years to come.

We were indecisive, and the gentleman working was super friendly, offering his two cents and sharing tips on his favorites. We also bought some beans as Christmas presents and again got great advice on which ones to choose. We even got a full cup sample of their cold brew made with some of the beans we were considering.
