My phone stopped charging, so I decided to take it in for a diagnostic. It cost bout 40$ for the…read morediagnostic. They told me my port was broken, and repairing the port would cost about 75$. They credited the diagnostic cost, so only 75 total! Great! However, the phone still didn't work. Turns out the problem was an internal chip. At this point, they tell me they will credit the 75$ to a new phone. Great! The problem is that they only had a very limited selection of phones and the phones were highly overpriced--about twice as much as you could buy them on Amazon. Even with the credit, I would be paying a lot more for a phone from them. For 75$, I received an incorrect diagnostic and an unneeded repair. Do yourself a favor and buy a new phone.

I ordered two motorcycle batteries online and I was contacted approximately a hour later stating…read morethe batteries were ready for pickup. After a 20 minute drive to the establishment I was told that one of the batteries was not ready. They said they had to fill the battery with acid and because of the fumes they couldn't let me have it. I asked them when I could have it and he said in 30 minutes. Being aggravated at this point because the batteries were supposed to be ready for pickup almost a half an hour ago I agreed to come back. I did return for my batteries and went home. When I got home and inspected the batteries I noticed the battery that they had to fill with acid had one cell that was almost dry and one that was half full and a couple that were over filled. Luckily I had some acid and was able to correct their screw up. Going to take my business elsewhere for now on.

Walked in asked the guy for a battery for my key fob, he said $19.95 I responded $20 bucks for a battery? he explained, if we do it we're responsible and liable. He then said and I quote, "if you can figure out how to open the fob and figure out which battery you need then a set of two batteries is $7.99.. So I was basically on my own, no help from this guy unless I opted to pay the $19.95, worst customer service ever, makes me want to report this business to the BBB, shady business practices if you ask me, makes me wonder how many people these guys have taken advantage of... A 1 minute you tube video showed me the battery size and how to install. I will not be back and do not recommend this business...
