I ordered two motorcycle batteries online and I was contacted approximately a hour later stating the batteries were ready for pickup. After a 20 minute drive to the establishment I was told that one of the batteries was not ready. They said they had to fill the battery with acid and because of the fumes they couldn't let me have it. I asked them when I could have it and he said in 30 minutes. Being aggravated at this point because the batteries were supposed to be ready for pickup almost a half an hour ago I agreed to come back. I did return for my batteries and went home. When I got home and inspected the batteries I noticed the battery that they had to fill with acid had one cell that was almost dry and one that was half full and a couple that were over filled. Luckily I had some acid and was able to correct their screw up. Going to take my business elsewhere for now on. read more

DO NOT let these guys rip you off.. Enter with caution.... Walked in asked the guy for a battery for my key fob, he said $19.95 I responded $20 bucks for a battery? he explained, if we do it we're responsible and liable. He then said and I quote, "if you can figure out how to open the fob and figure out which battery you need then a set of two batteries is $7.99.. So I was basically on my own, no help from this guy unless I opted to pay the $19.95, worst customer service ever, makes me want to report this business to the BBB, shady business practices if you ask me, makes me wonder how many people these guys have taken advantage of... A 1 minute you tube video showed me the battery size and how to install. I will not be back and do not recommend this business... read more

Stopped in to replace the batteries in our truck key fobs, both were not working anymore. Service was quick and it was explained to me that when these batteries die they'll replace them for free. Great! Problem arose when I went back to reprogram the fobs, one took the reprogramming the other only half. Determined that fob had issues and needed to be replaced. So went back to friendly Batteries Plus Bulbs (BPB) to buy a replacement because I saw a display of new fobs while waiting for the batteries. Found the correct one and had them ring it up. $116. Yep, twice as much than the dealer. Had them cancel the transaction and I was off to do some research. Within and hour I had a replacement on order from Amazon for $8.95 with a two year warranty. I know that the dealer (stealer) marks up beyond list price on parts but I expected BPB to be somewhat competitive. Looks like I'll be returning to get my free replacement fob batteries and that's it in the future. read more

I went to the store and had a. Key fob battery replaced, it was a very common 2032 button battery that you can get for less than $5.00 at retail stores. He charged me $11.99 and said it was a very expensive battery. $12.98 with tax and he offered lifetime replacement for 19.95. Total rip-off. Buyer beware is the moto for this store. read more

First experience with them last weekend. Bought a couple Vespa batteries. One worked fine but the other was dead. I returned to the store and asked for an exchange but that's all they had. They said that was normal and 30 minutes on the charger would make it work. I have a powerful charger at home and charged for over an hour with no luck. The battery had a deformity on the top of it but the young lady there said that was normal. In fact all of her responses to me were like I was an idiot an she was a battery expert. Johnathan was helpful and refunded my money. The next day I needed to replace my motorcycle battery so I gave them another chance. I placed the order online and received a text saying the battery was ready. When I went to pick it up the young lady answered all of my inquiries with " that's up to our approval ". I asked her 3 different ways why I received a text if it wasn't ready and received the same response each time. Condescending attitude. I will never be back. I don't care if I have to travel elsewhere for batteries. read more

These folks used to be outstanding, but their product offering has gone way down and the knowledge of the staff as well. I used to purchase all my batteries from them as well as bulbs on a business account, purchasing many Odyssey batteries for all types of applications. Now they quit carrying them except for a few powersports batteries. I'm thinking it is because Odyssey batteries last too long before needing replacement. I now only buy Odyssey batteries and source them from On-line sources. As well they stock very few bulbs and now lighting ballasts. I try to bend over backward and support a local merchant, but this store was purchased from the local franchisee and it is now a company store and I believe that is when the slide in service and product happened. read more

I got my iPhone screen replaced here. They had good service and the people were nice but they didn't tell me the battery needed to be replaced to. I am now stuck with a phone with a battery that is expanding and pushing the new screen off of my phone. Great service but the quality of the phone repair for the $109 that I payed is ridiculous. I wish I could post a picture of how messed up my phone is after getting it replaced! read more

I went to Batteries Plus to get the battery in my key fob replaced. It was pretty busy and there was only one employee helping everybody while the other employee just sat there and vaped! Weirdest experience ever. At least now I know how to change my battery myself. read more
