We were told to give them two weeks and they would get it up in the garage and go over everything. It needed an interior door frame and the turn signals weren't working so we knew they needed to do several things before it would be ready. 18 days later we hadn't heard anything so I called to check on the status. I was rudely told that they never said two weeks but two months! Really?! Then we were told how they couldn't get mechanics to work because of COVID and the truck wouldn't be ready for two months. Ok So we waited for two months. No call from the dealer for an update so after the two months went by we called again. They were behind schedule and the truck hadn't even been looked at yet! After two months!!!! We spent the next month hearing every excuse. Working on it. They couldn't get the electrical working so it would be another couple days. It's being test drove now so give them another couple days. We're almost done so give us a week. My husband even drove up again to make sure the truck was actually still there and being worked on. He was polite and was told one more week. So when we called on July 7 over three months from putting down a deposit the owners backed out of the deal because we were nagging them to finish up. You would think they would refund us the deposit so we would go away. But no. Update: They did return my deposit and she actually did do it right after our phone conversation but when I called to check because she hadn't sent a receipt via text or email and then didn't again for several hours after I called again to ask for the receipt. She actually didn't understand why I couldn't believe her since I couldn't see a receipt....,,, Beware. Be forewarned. I have no doubt that running a business post pandemic can be a struggle. But these owners didn't call us with an update once. Not one time. And they actually acted as if they couldn't understand why we were frustrated for waiting and waiting and being told story after story. Ie. lie after lie. I suppose a straight deal and leave would work out fine but I recommend not trusting this business with your money.

At this point I was satisfied. Then 8 days later I found myself flying thru a red light and right into traffic The brake lines went out With my 7 yr old in the backseat I was livid But I do realize what AS IS means so I had them fixed Then 7 days later the car shut off in traffic Once again another scary ass situation I also received my title and noticed that there was about 1200$ in overcharges on my sales bill So I called Mike and after discussing everything he agreed to refund me $300. My vehicle at this point was broken down and I had to have a mobile mechanic come look at it I was told the vehicle needed a crankshift sensor replaced and there were 7 other codes showing and it was leaking antifreeze Mike is a nice guy but I'm wondering how a nice guy could be selling essential DEATH TRAPS I had the sensor replaced and the car still isn't starting All of this and I haven't even received my hard plates yet I am terrified to even drive this car after all of these incidents I asked Mike to swap me out a new vehicle He refused I have contacted my attorney But I feel that people should know the kinds of cars he is selling I wanted a car that was safe and reliable I got a scary "death trap" Buyer Beware!!!

Received a rusted, oil-leaking, never tested engine with no photos until the day it showed up on a crate without metal straps leaning over. You decide if Youngstown or Beeline are honorable businesses. Lastly, they said last week I would be fully refunded for the engine and shipping, but today Beeline tells me I will not be refunded for shipping and have 25% removed for restocking this rusty mess of an engine I never ordered.

Sales people agreed to sell me a cylinder head for $175 so I spent two afternoons (split over two…read moredays) pulling the cylinder head off the car. Then when I got the cylinder head up to the front of the wrecking yard, they said what I had pulled was much more than the cylinder head and the price was now $300. On this type of engine the cams are in the head and I had pulled the cams out of the head so I would not bend a valve as I pulled the head off the engine. So the parts they were looking at were the parts that come with a cylinder head at any other yard but I had separated them so as to avoid damage to the head. Plus their sales people (Bob and Pauline) are rude and not polite to their customers at all. Not a place that has any clue about customer service. Don't go here for used auto parts in the Youngstown area.
