I called AAA, and Angelo's Towing came to service my vehicle. The battery was dead. I had purchased it less than a month ago. Taisir, the technician text'd and called to advise me of the arrival time. He was prompt professional, and had GREAT customer service for being a representative of Angelo's. Battery was switched out promptly, and the alternator was checked to be working great. This is why we stay w/AAA, they have Angelo's working w/them, and we are totally satisfied. May 19, 2020 we got stuck at the Kaiser parking lot with a dead battery. AAA dispatched a battery service tech from Angelo's Towing. Steven, the service tech, arrived promptly and quickly diagnosed the car battery (which was bad) A replacement was necessary and he had one in his inventory. I do much of my own automotive work and was in agreement with Steven's assessments and recommendations. Steven was professional, kind and courteous. Today i got off from work, my wife and son wanted to go to r burgers on van buren blvd, r burgers located on vanburen and cypress in Riverside ca, well as we pulled in there parking lot a tow truck was backing out and going forward in a manner as if the driver was drunk or high on something!!! He backed up and i said let pass through and suddenly he forwarded and almost hit us, i honked and he yelled what!!! What!!! Dick!!! Angelo's was assigned to help me when I called AAA for a flat tire on the 91 freeway during Rush hour. They called me right away and said they would be there within 45 min or less. Around 30 minutes later, Abraham called and he pulled up a few minutes later. Even though my car was just a few feet away from traffic whizzing by, he used the Jack, got my spare out of the trunk and changed the tire in about 15 min. He sat in my car to finish the paper work. He was very friendly and comforting. 1 star off just because I would have liked them to promise and be there within 30 minutes, not 45. read more

My van shut off while I driving, so I pulled over and called AAA. After a while, an Angelo's towing truck came. Mark from Angelo's towing checked my battery and found the battery was out of order. He attempted jumping it and the car started running again but he didn't leave and checked the alternator as well. He recommended to go to a mechanic and see if the alternator was defective. I went to a shop at Norco and he followed me all the way to the mechanic shop in case my car shut down again. He suggested to check the battery again after I parked and found the battery was completely dead and can't be charged. Then he replaced my car battery entirely because it was under the AAA insurance. Absolutely horrible service. I called for a jump and was told 30 minutes. An hour later I called back asking for an update. Told the driver was about 15 minutes away. It's been almost two hours and I'm still waiting for the driver to show up. Definitely never call Angelo's Towing again. Edit: The driver finally showed up! But he was in a bad mood, didn't appreciate being questioned on why a 30 minute quote time took 2 hours and left in a huff without helping me. You may reconsider if you think they're going to take your car and leave it in the driveway they'll leave it in the street. Was waiting on towing service for two hours for starters understanding with delays because of covid. When they arrived had it ready to go but asked the driver to leave car in driveway common sense especially being a non running car who wants their car which is not drivable on street. They said they were not allowed to , thinking maybe they aren't experienced enough to do so. I suppose incidents in past . Whatever being so the driver dropped car without asking first maybe I can see what supervisor says or anything. He just takes off. Very unprofessional but he also was a kid probably inexperienced. The tow truck driver becomes an Merceres mechanic and claims the car needed a alteration so he couldn't replace the battery. Yet the Mercedes Mechanic ran a full diagnostics on the car and said the car only needed a battery. And he refused to replace the battery left the car dismantled and drove off! Ok so I really have to give 5 stars to these guys. This is the second time they have helped me with my car problems in the past 2 weeks lol Long story but today I ended up getting a flat in my RENTAL CAR!
