On July 2nd I called AAA to request a tow for our vehicle. Hadley Tow out of Fontana was assigned to our case. The tow truck arrived, loaded our vehicle, took my KEYS, and went to drop off my vehicle at the shop. I contacted the shop to let them know the driver was enroute. The mechanic closed at 5 but told me he'd stay to recieve my vehicle. The driver quoted about 40 mins or arrival time of around 6 pm. However, the driver showed up closer to 630 due to going to the wrong location even though he had the right address. The next day, July 3rd, the mechanic calls me to inform me that my car is ready but he does not have the keys to my vehicle. Said that on the previous day the vehicle was offloaded and went straight into the shop and turned off (keyless system). I called the driver of the tow truck but no answer. I called the tow truck company and let them know of the situation. They informed me they would reach out to the driver and get back to me. 20 minutes later, while we were at the mechanic shop to pick up our vehicle, no one had called me back so I call again and the dispatcher hadn't even called the driver. Long story short, after multiple phone calls, I had to inform the company I would be filing a report/ complaint with the B.B.B. since they couldn't find my keys and also telling me I was pretty much S.O.L. since it was the driver's day off, all the supervision had gone home for the day, and to wait till the next day when they reopened. I told them I needed my vehicle today due to the shop being closed for the 4th of July and the weekend. They eventually started to ignore my calls. Finally around 8 pm, after about 3 hours and my family ( including my 1 month old) being stranded, the dispatcher calls back to let me know a manager would be reaching out. The manager says they will figure out what happened to my keys tomorrow when the driver is back on shift. The next morning it turns out the driver did have my keys. The manager said I could either pick up my keys from their office or they would drop them off at my house. What they should have done was; have the driver go to my mechanic shop (who agreed to let me come back on the holiday due to the circumstances) with my keys, pick up my vehicle, and drop the vehicle off at my home on their dime due to their lack of professionalism and ability to keep accountability of my keys. But no, instead I had to spend 2 + hours round trip in traffic on the holiday to pick up my own vehicle. Overall, I filed a complaint with AAA and will not be requesting their service again. I do also place partial blame on the mechanic for not realizing he didn't receive my keys but like I said, he opened the shop the next day for me to pick up. I would post my call logs to show the attempted phones calls made but since it contains individuals numbers I do not want to violate their privacy. Overall there is nothing they can do to make this right. This is not a business such as a restaurant or store. They wasted several hours of our lives including my daughter's birthday which was the day of the lost keys. I feel it's my duty to share my experience. read more

My mother needed a tire change and called for the service. A rude man named Lorenzo showed up with a bad attitude and yelled at my mother your son could do it! He was very rude and gave racist vibes. Brandon was amazing. He went above and beyond to make a stressful situation as easy as possible. I had a hard time finding a replacement tire for my BMW i4, and he immediately sprung into action to help me. He helped me call local tire shops to find a store that carried that particular set of tires. He treated my vehicle as if it was his own. Had a bad experience with this towing company in contacted AAA for a tow and they sent Hadley they uses a wheel lift tow truck to tow my 2013 charger rt to wow it about 13-15 miles when the car got to the muffler shop it got there on a flat bed with a blown out tire, messed up wheel and bemt spindle and now they dont want to be responsible they are saying cause I have srt 8 wheels on a r/t. This place is horrible they are more than liars and when you confront them they hang up on you and won't answer your phone calls. They told us it was going to be less than 60 minutes to tow my car after an hour and a half of waiting we called them and they said it would take another hour to an hour and a half I ended up calling my roadside assistance to complain and they told them it was going to two and a half hours more read more

One of the worst experiences we've had with a tow company-EVER! My daughters car was overheating and called AAA. We were then referred to this joke of a company. Driver told my daughter to drive the car from Fontana to Rancho and save a tow. I told him absolutely not. They towed the car to the address given to him by his dispatched; which was a block away from our home. Not even verifying with my daughter the correct address. I offer to help push it to the street for him to load it easily. His reply was: "We don't do that, you have to do that." What kind of help is that? What if the assist caller is disabled? Used this company when I broke down in the parking lot of work. I called them at 4:45pm when my car would not start. They explained it would be 45min. 2 hours later they explained they were extremely busy and were running behind. Fast forward 5.5 hours from my original call time I called in attemp to get an eta. They then explained they only had one driver and they were un sure when they would come help me. I the had to call for someone else to help... The next day I called a new company and they were to the location in 15 min. This is about the company customer service rather than for the actual tow service. In our neighborhood, we were walking in the evening. A HADLEY tow truck and driver were pulled to the side of the road. The driver was cleaning glass out of his truck and dumping it into the street. I should have asked him then to pick it up but he saw me watching him so I assumed he would. I walked back around and he didn't clean it up. I immediately called and let the company know. Andrew did a great job, My family is in the towing business, I've ran wheel lifts and flatbeds and medium duty trucks before, I had a freak accident happen to my cobra, I requested a flatbed from AAA, and as usual they send a wheel lift, no biggie. This kid had the best attitude, I have a super low mile 1997 cobra that has over 30k in motor work and is immaculate. I followed him and he was super careful over dips. Dude did a great job, With as big as Hadley is I hope this gets brought up and he gets some praise. Keep up the good work Andrew, good hard work does not go unnoticed. Rude dispatch person who didn't seem to know what they were doing. Didn't have anyone available for two hours. Not actually 24hours

My car was towed to the wrong address. For five hours the car was missing. I called them multiple time to try and find out what was going on and no info was given except they would try and contact the tow truck driver and call me back. They never once made an attempt in those 5 hours to contact me to let me know what was going on. I kept calling and was treated over the phone with complete disrespect. Very unprofessional in all aspects of this service. They acted like they could care less. I found out they had sent it to a wrong address and that they were finally able to rectify the situation through someone completely unrelated to this tow company.
