If your vehicle is brought here make sure you have time to wait. My vehicle was sent here to find a noise in the a-pillar on the drivers side. After have my vehicle for 5 days. I decided to come by to see what the status was and if the found out what the noise was. When I arrived, my vehicle was in the back of the garage. In the office they tell me their guy was testing driving another vehicle and the wanted to get another pair of eye to to try to figure out the problem. Well how in the hell was that suppose to happen when my vehicle had not been disassembled at all. Nothing removed, nada, zilch, zero. After that I decide the needed to put my vehicle back together and return it to Nissan so I could pick it up. 5 days and you haven't done crap. Hope you have to to wait people. Angel's Collision Center, did a beautiful job of repairing my vehicle. I had front end, bumper, light damages, etc.. My car looked brand new, the detailing of the vehicle also helped after it was done. Angel was always very professional and patient with me. I honestly don't know too much about auto body but I know they did my car a few months ago. I had to get my bumper done because I was hit . Well long story short the material they used was trash . My bumper is not on all way properly . Don't get me wrong it was well done and in great shape when I got it . It was cheap stuff they used . Because it was only a matter of two month the brackets were "missing" . I just thought maybe they can help me push it back in or replace it since they did the job . No damage has been done just a loose bumper . They refused and said I have to PAY for a whole new bracket . I'm just not happy at the fact that they couldn't accommodate me for such a little job . I even asked why was it so easy for it to come off . He said "that's what happens when you hit something " he tried to give me that bull . Remember no damage is done just a loose bumper . Missing screws . He told me I have to do it and it's easy and that all his workers are at lunch . I would not recommend this place . I am actually trying to sell my car , a loose bumper is the last thing I need . I'm not going around trying to get over on people, I just don't understand that you had to bring up the fact that your workers are at lunch to decline a service . Im young single female so I didn't have a "guy" voucher for me . If the job was so easy why couldn't you just help me out . This is the SECOND TIME Angel missed this dent and painted over this area! The first time was back in 2018. This time around, I brought it to his full attention prior to quoting. Here's what happened: Took my car over to Angel's to correct the bad paint job that a previous shop did. He always bragged about his shop being a shop of perfection. Maybe it's a language barrier, but I don't think he knows the definition of the word. per·fec·tion noun the condition, state, or quality of BEING FREE from ALL FLAWS OR DEFECTS. Picked my car up today. Still has the dent on the lower driver side fender and 8 fish eyes on opposite side emblems. Also, my two emblems now don't match. One side has a big 2 finger gap between emblems. Pictures are taken as of today, June 12th, same day I picked up the car. When I pointed the driver side fender out, Angel said he was so focused on the other 2 dents that he didn't even see that big one. (I spotted it 10 ft away, and I don't have years of body shop experience) He started to blame me and say that I didn't point that out to him. I asked if this is my fault, and he said it's somebody's fault. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! (Doesn't his site tout his 20 years of expertise? But a guy like me can spot dents he can't) But he misses a large dent that the customer pointed out to him. After trying to work it out, Angel throws me out of the office. After referring him clients in the past, and giving him full trust in restoring my car, he's this disrespectful and incompetent in his field. I hope this warns future potential customers and they bring their car to a more professional environment. This place was recommended by my Insurance company Geico's adjuster. He stated that it is under new management and that he has dealt with Anthony and George and his customers are pleased with the service and work done on their cars so he recommended Angels for this reason. My car was vandalized and I assumed the worse of course but I was reassured that they would work hand and foot with my insurance company to maximize every bit of my coverage to ensure a win win for all parties involved. My insurance provided a rental car and it took about two and a half weeks for the "parts" and work to be completed on my car. When I picked up my car it looked brand new like when I first got it back in 2016. This experience was by far the most stress free and professional, kind and courteous that I have ever had especially after the pandemic! I have referred some friends and they are just as pleased. Thanks for working on my car and making it brand new again! Impressed by the lifetime warranty given on the paint job. Angel went above and beyond, working with my insurance company and helping to coordinate my rental car, including shampooing the car. I got the car back looking new again inside-out! p.s. This is not a rating for their work. Which is decent. This is about their professionalism first of all we were never updated on any issues the car had. We always had to call them. Once we got sick and tired of waiting we call the insurance (State Farm). State Farm head claimed that everything had been in order but when calling Angel's the female rep that claimed she was the owner of the company was very rude and unprofessional. Our car a 2015 Honda Accord had been held there for a month and a half (closer to two months) for repairs. Which is far too long by any Auto Collision Experts standards. The female rep then proceeded to state that our car would not be released until they receive their money from the insurance company(was being processed). She then proceeded to hang up on me. Do yourself a favor and do not head here. Their work might be decent but their time scheduling is horrible and their mannerism is unprofessional. I completely regret taking our car to this location so please take my word of advice and do not come here. You guys will never recieve any work from me or any of my car club members. Too bad I can't give them no stars. read more
