I was excited, nervous and leapt hyping myself up the whole drive from Palm Beach County lol The studio itself is located near Wynwood but since it was a Sunday afternoon the area was not too busy. Parking- this is where the lost star rating comes in. It's a really small parking lot and there are only 4 designated 'free' spaces. Any other spots within the lot were a $15 fee through cash or zelle. When I walked in there was a class already in session and our party assembled in a small room at the back of the studio. Everything else about my experience (other than parking) was great! I loved how supportive the instructor was to ensure that we are not only getting the most out of our experience but was doing so in the safest way possible. I had a bit of a challenge with some maneuver as an anxious first timer but I know for sure I'll definitely be back to this studio if the opportunity presents itself but for sure other local studios with similar aerial fitness classes. I love that it wasn't a mixed group, we were able to just laugh, be in community and celebrate our friend! All this to say- highly recommended!!

I was greeted by the instructor and assigned a spot. The class was mixed with experienced patrons to a couple of us newbies. The instructor did a nice job of working with everyone at their level. This is a WORKOUT but I felt supported and was able to push myself and complete multiple poses in my own. I felt sore all over the next day which to me is a sign of a good workout!

For her to tell me about this place. They have different plans, you can pay per class. 5 at a time, 10 at a time, and I believe a year membership with monthly payments. So far I love this place, I look forward to they days I can make it here. It helps me relax, such a stress free zone with nothing but good vibes. They have zones of class time which is what I think is extra awesome, so if you cant make a certain time, Im sure they have at least one time of day that you can make. They also can provide you with blocks and blankets to make your session comfortable. Im usually really cold wherever I go and have to wear a sweater, but this studio is at a comfortable temperature. Its a small little studio so that classes can get packed. They do offer ariel yoga on the weekends. Those you pay for per session, they only have 8 spots at a time so I would recommend booking your spot ahead of time. Staff is also awesome! Such friendly instructors, teaching a class they truly love. Theres a small parking lot but always plenty of spots available. Bathroom is located in the yoga room, so if a class is in session you cant walk in that room to use the rest room.. go before or hold it ! If youre a beginner I wouldnt recommend starting with Fit Body Yoga, that one is a little bit faster pace, some people drip sweat in there, its pretty much a workout! But they have tons of other classes perfect and slow pace for beginners. The owner can explain the difference in all class styles and which is best for you! The free weights section is....small and crammed. The pool smells sometimes and other times it's like they dumped gallons of chlorine in at one time. The sauna is always broken, I think I've only gotten to use it once in 3 months. The spinning room definitely needs to be cleaned I went in before a class and it smelled so musky. I did transfer to a different location, which as a little better but I ended up canceling my membership completely. Definitely not worth the fees and charges.

Sauna is usually clean and in good working condition. Not a very community gym except for the obvious peek times like other gyms 4:30-7:30. If you can work out prior or after these times you won't have to wait long for gym equipment, machines, or weights. I've been an LA fitness member for the past 15yrs and I made my transition to this location about 4yrs ago because I live in the area now. I'm not disappointed with this gym at all. Come check out this location if looking for a gym switch.
