Upon meeting Efren at the hospital, I knew that he could be trusted and indeed wanted the best for my Mother who was coming home from a hospital stay. He explained the arrangements and process clearly. He followed through with all my needs. When Henrietta came to my home, I was amazed with how naturally she connected with my Mother's needs. We reached out to Efren and his team when my grandmother was sent home on hospice. Efren was quick to respond to my request and came out to our home that same day. He was able to secure help for us the same evening. Celsa was sent to our home to help alleviate my mother of the pressures of caring for her mother throughout the night. The 12 hours she was with our family was a blessing in such a difficult time. Celsa was truly a God-send for my mother and grandmother. She was so kind, thoughtful and attentive. I am extremely happy with the services of Angels for Elders. Efren and Michelle have enabled me to live a happy and healthy life in my own home. I can count on both Efren and Michelle to go to Costco and take me to other appointments. Michelle will fill in if the caregiver is unavailable. I worked with Efrain when my aunt came to us from the hospital suddenly needing almost full time care. He met me at the hospital to set up a plan of care then placed in the home 2 amazing caregivers: Carol & Paula. They brought with them a binder for daily documentation and set up an easy to follow schedule and plan. My aunt loved both the caregivers. Efrain was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions. We absolutely loved the service and care provided. I am hopeful we can work with him and his team again soon! read more

Do not hire this company. Their caregivers were lazy, ignored our elderly family member, and all of their caregivers were always on their phones instead of doing their job. This was all caught on nanny cams. Five stars given to them is a joke. They were probably rated by their own people! Minus 10 stars is my rating. read more
