The dogs had large runs with outdoor access and a large outdoor area to play in. The kennel itself is exceptionally clean. They were very well taken care of and I feel comfortable leaving them as I know they are in good hands.

She spent class #1 (puppy training) starting…read morefrom scratch with "sit" and I was the only one there so I received the entire onslaught of her 27 years of training wisdom. Well everyone... I taught my dog sit the wrong way at home. I stand wrong. I hold my hands wrong. I use the wrong tone of voice. I use the wrong treats. I give to many treats. I hold the leash wrong. I use the wrong marker, I release my dog from sit incorrectly. I lure my dog to sit wrong. Shes too full of herself with her AKC standards. She says obedience should not be fun. Well it's sure not fun with her as a teacher. I tried to have an open mind and went back for class number 2. (Different day/time with other people attending) she kept trying to stop me from stepping out to calm my puppy as he was barking and being disruptive. She said I can't leave, yet didn't give me workable advice for my dog barking. "You can't leave! He needs to learn to behave" that's when I walked out 15 minutes into class. I wasn't there for strict obedience and she knew that and didn't care. So if you are looking for a drill sergeant she's the one for you. Otherwise stay away. She also talked shit about other clients so I'm sure she will about me as well. Rude, ridged, and not for your average dog owner wanting some fun training and socialization

This place doesn't even deserve a star. The way the animals and the fish are treated aren't even…read morehumane. Every animal I have bought has died within the first 3 days. It's bad when their own cashier sets and watches the bettas doe because they are kept in plastic containers that bettas aren't meant to be in. Enclosures are small, the small animal pets cant barely move. Staff, has no knowledge about any of the fish or small animals. They need to just stick to selling pet supplies.
