Wow! Rebecca has an amazing heart of gold. Long story short, I rescue, I rescue dogs that NO one…read morewants, they are medically needy, or behavioral misfits. I needed emergency care for 6 dogs! Rebecca took them in, even the ones recently released to me on hospice protocols. She assisted in medication management combined with myself and my vet. They came home way healthier than I sent them to her. (Nothing contagious, neglect case) and she ended up adopting the worst foster I ever had! She loved that log with legs immensely. I have no clue how she tolerated the most annoying screams of "I neeeeeed ice cream not this dog food" that was squealed every 30 seconds from the sofa table with legs. And let's not forget my friends dog whom boarded shortly after my misfits. She was a pro escape artist who was NOT nice to anyone, including her family. She lived a long feral life, and Rebecca was able to keep her safe, comfortable and loved during her stay. If Rebecca can handle all this.... She can surely handle whatever Fido offers to her. She is the absolute best!

We paid a good part & they helped with the rest but no record of it at all but we were suppose to have it .I questioned them on keeping financial records for donations but got nothing except cant adopt unless we get proof. We called the vet who faxed the proof over & on the paper was ANIMAL WELFARE LEAGUE name so again we should keep records but they don't keep records where their $ goes. Then more questions after she had the proof .! Jump through hoops more or less .Should have more bonding time with the older cats in the big colonies & separate alone time in a room. Not with 8 other cats.cant get a cats attention during feeding time & a bunch of other cats running all around.. they don't tell u about a wellness check needed within a month & they will call the vet to make sure we took him .The cat we adopted just had a wellness in April she saud but needed one by end of June, once a,year which was not a,year at all but that was another 70$ the vet looks at him ,listens to his heart & sees if hes well .Animal league could so that there. If we didn't take him they would take the cat fr us .like she had some real issues of rudeness !!!! Every one else was fantastic. Bethenny the CEO .is very dishonest. Says she will call but never did .ever !!!! Said after 5 but called at 5;30 & she went home. Never ever returned my call.once .After 4 days still no call ! Very poor at PR.!

If you have a telephone…read morenumber from out of state ( like many members of the military and others , who moved to Ohio )or a vet in another state they label you as sketchy and not worthy of adopting . Is there a law in Ohio you have to have an Ohioan telephone number if you are a resident in that state? Do you need an Ohioan telephone number to adopt a dog?According to them other rescues and shelters would have thrown your application out. They tell you that your out of state vet does not have records of your animals. When you check yourself the vet office pulls the records up in less than 5 minutes. You are also being told, although your indoor cats are spayed, neutered, microchipped, eat high quality grain free foods, shots up to date, have jumbo cat trees in the living room and an array of toys, have fresh food and water provided every day and most of all being loved and saved from a pet shelter, that you only provide the bare minimum. If you start to question their line of questioning they tell you they put your name on the regional Do Not Adopt list and let all shelters and rescues know what a horrible person you are.You apparently are abusing and neglecting animals( no records to be found anywhere), if you do not agree with the way they handle your application. Their rating should be minus 5 stars.

My dog has been coming here since she was a 10 week old puppy. She is 8 now. They have special…read morerooms for puppies with working parents. Once she was 16 weeks, headed right down to Day Care and pre covid was a daily visitor. I travel for work and have left her in their care for 15 plus days. She is very well cared for, happy to be there, and wonderfully groomed at pick up. The staff is amazing and the facility is very clean. I love seeing the photos posted on Facebook and Insta of all the dogs playing. They provide such good care of her so I can work and not be worried. Any issue with her is an immediate text message. I love this place and would not leave her anywhere else. I book months in advance so I know she will be able to stay here.

They immediately brought the kitten back and started working on her, but after only 10 minutes she passed away. They helped console my children and didn't even charge me for what they did. We were all sad, but they were very helpful in giving me some advice on the other kittens. Nice clean place. Small, but knowledgeable. I'd go for morning appointments here, if possible.

They also fixed the place up so the waiting room is very comfortable. Archie has been treated for diabetes and is now doing much better. They are good at keeping the cats up to date with shots and communicate well--both with office staff and vets. I would recommend.
