Let me start by saying I m not a typical review junkie that write reviews left and right for any reason. In fact in order for me to go out of my way to write any evaluation or review, someone must really irritate or impress me to the point that I feel it is my obligation to bring this issue to others attention... We been looking for refurbished procedure chair and despite the fact that I do online shopping almost everything, I really wanted to go and check it out myself so I asked my assistant to find few places so I could go on my day off to take a look at it. The first thing my assistant mentioned about them was I cant believe how nice and resourceful Angelus Medical and specially the owner Farrah was on the phone with him. So last Sat, I took the bullet to drive from Calabasas to Gardena so I can check out few chairs myself... When I got there I could not believe the size of their store ( i have never seen that many medical devices under one roof in my whole life... Its as big as Macy's department store) Both Farah and her husband were there... First of all I was so impressed that she recalled everything about what I was looking based on the phone conversation she had with my assistant few days ago.. Furthermore both her and her husband ( which I found out has different business of his own and he was just there to see his wife) put everything on hold during an hour i was there to show me every possible suitable chair for my budget... Somehow they reminded me of those Mom's and Pops store ( in a very good way) hospitality and service that I have seen in south and Midwest which you can never find in LA area anymore... In fact if you havnt been to those part of our country, the only way you can experience it will be by watching it in movies.. Between him and his wife Farrah (the owner) they spend total of one hour give me personal tour and advise on what type of chair I should consider... and Farrah told me she will check more chairs in their store room to find the best one that fit my need and budget on Monday and she will let me know which she not only called me but also took photos of couple of chairs which she found for me on Mon and txt those to me... U can not experience these type of service in Cali anymore and at that moment I knew I found a place that I will use if I ever need any used device... Sorry for writing a review size of a short story but they truly impressed me by how much caring and resourceful they were... Btw in case you are one of those people who thinks there must be always some motive and personal gain in order people go out of their way to be nice... FYI, they did NOT do all that help just for financial gain... I know for the fact!!!! Becaz this chair is for charity volunteer work I do within the community so my budget was very limited and I know their profit margin will be min at best for selling this chair to me ... Last thing, I did not know anything about this store and folks who own it and infact as i mentioned earlier I met them for the first time last Sat but during this process they impressed me enough with their hard work, sincerity and care they showed me that not only I will be their customer for life but also I will go out of my way to put good word for them to everyone who is looking to buy medical device... I was referred to this place by a friend. I'm glad I that now I have a place to go to any time my husband and I need a dental instrument or a refurbished equipment. We purchased a number of surgical instruments for incredible prices. I could not believe the price difference between what they have and what our local dental supplier is offering for the same items. We've also purchaed a refurbished autoclave and a statium that are working awesome now. My husband and I visited their showroom last year when we were in LA and enjoyed talking to the new owner Ms. Fara. She is very honest, knowledgable and incredibly helpful. We highly recommend Angelus Medical and make sure to ask for the owner if you have any questions. Wow! This is a wonderful place to buy all sort of Medical equipments. I was told about this place by another doctor in the same building of our office. We visited this place and we bought so many different Examin Chairs and Beds for our office which were refurbished and we saved so much. You can't find anywhere with these prices. I found out that they just had a change of ownership and Fara who is the new owner was so helpful and nice, gave us so many freebies since it was our first time visiting. Thank you Fara for all your help and information that you gave us, you were so helpful. I also found out that they have a huge service department for all kinds of equipments. Fara & Mohammad are accusatory business owners who do not perform quality checks on the products they sell, and when contacted about issues, they become very defensive. They were paid with a credit card but refused to refund a non-working power supply via credit card, and then had the audacity to hand over an unsigned check to create more inconvenience. On top of that, they wrote "DO NOT DO business with them" on the memo line. How much more unprofessional can you get? read more

This place is amazing. It is a doctors and whoever is looking to buy something in this category dream! Great service, amazing prices, and great equipment. When I went in I was amazed by how outstanding it was. The service was so helpful and sweet, and the store is huge! 50,000 square feet!! Excellent, personal customer service. Our office ordered eye equipment and it was all very nicely refurbished. As one would expect with used equipment, there were a few things to troubleshoot, but Angelus stepped in at no extra cost to ensure everything was up and running to our satisfaction.
