Today was the Second time visiting this office, my daughter was treated here a few months ago and…read moreshe was happy with the treatment. The waiting room nice and clean with a TV to watch. I was greeted when I came in and waited just a few minutes before I was taken for my treatment. The dentist chair was a bit dated but it didn't matter at all, they made me very comfortable and even placed a small pillow under my neck for much needed support. The doctor was very professional and explained what issues I had and what she will be doing. I have visited many dentists in the past but This was the first time I didn't feel any pain while receiving the shot and during the three fillings she needed to fix. The treatment ended with a smile from the doctor and her assistant. I highly recommend this dentist office, you would be pleasantly surprised.

I live in New York City right now, and the dentist and support staff on my current insurance plan, all say they LOVE his work. ( both the labs and the chair side laminates he made for me in the office). Now, I see complaints about "out of network" costs! that's the "for profit" health care model isn't it ! I know for a fact, that EVERY SINGLE RECOMMENDED TREATMENT, is carefully explained by a care coordinator. They tell you exactly what insurance will cover and what your "out of pocket" expenses will be. there are very, very few dental clinics that accept just insurance. So then this middle aged white man walked in with his child and immediately the Asian woman whom I noticed at her desk popped up from her seat asking the white man for his info. So I had to jump in and tell the both of them that I had been here first and the lady behind the counter said oh I thought you came together knowing damn well she seen me walk in alone with my brown skinned daughter. And she knew that she had seen the white man come in alone with his white daughter. So then an Asian man came in with his daughter and what do you know everyone had went in their appointments before me even though I was there before them. So no lie I did feel a little discriminate against! So I felt that was kinda weird and unprofessional on that Asian lady working behind the counter.
