    Pesto Sandwich

This bakeshop is exactly how you'd picture a bake shop out of a storybook. It's small and cute with some seating. I got the Pesto Sandwich with mozzarella and tomato. It was a pretty basic sandwich, but I really liked the bread. Considering that I visited in a group of 6, the staff got us our drinks immediately and baked goods/sandwiches without much of a wait.

For a bakery, I'd expect better bread and desserts. A cute town so I was hoping the food would deliver as well. The chips were the best part. The turkey sandwich was ok. A little dry, the sauces I added on saved it. Average. The cookie was nothing special. Feels like I could make that quality - which isn't a compliment. Service wasn't particularly happy or welcoming.

Whenever we're in Cold Spring, we always stop at Angie's Bake Shop. It's not large, but busy, and centrally located on Cold Spring's Main Street. We purchased hot chocolate and a bacon, egg and cheese on a biscuit. Both items were VERY GOOD and the staff was very friendly throughout our stay. Do yourself a favor and try Angie's. You'll enjoy every item on their menu. FYI.... try to sit at the tables near the window. If the weather is nice enough, they have a small outdoor seating area. Hot chocolate and people watching is relaxing.

This may be the best bakery I've been to in my entire life - everything there is SO good! I stopped by on a trip to Cold Spring - this bakery is located in the heart of the main street and is right in the middle of a bunch of gorgeous little shops. Mini Pumpkin Bundt Cake - delectable! So soft and with a lovely cream cheese frosting. I had to order more to take home. Curry chicken salad salad - a nice fresh spring mix with a vinaigrette dressing and a hearty curry chicken salad for protein. The flavor in the curry was amazing and the chicken was amazingly fresh. I wasn't expecting this from a small little shop i the middle of a small town. The inside is rather small and most of the space is taken up by the kitchen - there are maybe 2-3 tables for seating. There is some dust here and there and I think they could do with cleaning a little more often, however. The people who work there are incredibly nice - there are no bathrooms but they will sometimes allow you if you really really need to go.

A small, cozy spot tucked into the Main Street of Cold Spring -- my go-to stop before hitting the hiking trails! They have a great selection of pastries and breakfast items -- their scone was DELICIOUS without being too dense, love the Honey Butter Biscuit too. It's totally worth swinging by!

The pastries were amazing! The blueberry scone was moist on the inside, with gooey blueberries, fresh lemon zest, and the perfect hint of sweetness. The stuffed biscuit was crispy on the outside and stuffed with egg and ham on the inside. They were pretty large and very filling. Unfortunately, they don't have an espresso machine and only had brewed coffee, which wasn't great. There were a few tables inside and outside, but it's pretty packed on the weekends.

Found this spot on Yelp. Super cozy cafe in the main street in Cold Spring. My party and I needed a place to wait for lunch reservations at Hudson Hills so we came across the street to Angie's and we're not disappointed. The blueberry muffin, honey butter biscuit, and the egg frittata scone were all amazing. Coffee was nice and strong. The place smells amazing too!

Double Chocolate brownie cookie. Unreal. You will drool.

Amazing fresh baked goods and exceptionally friendly people. They make a dangerously delicious sconey biscuity breakfast, stuffed with egg and cheese, like an omelette all infused with love and the care of a real baker. May husband Timothy and I had coffee and these delicious double chocolate brownie cookies and a lemon square. Ta die faw! The chocolate cookie was a cross between a cake and a cookie -- a veritable "Cacookie!" Slightly burned and caramelized on the bottom, like when you make it at home, and ooey--gooey chewy in the middle, with high quality chocolate in the middle oozing out. The lemon square-- buttery, tart and lemony, moist and cakey, with a light drizzle of lemon frosting on top in just the right amount assuring it's all done tastefully and not cloyingly sweet. I met the owner and principal baker who absolutely charming and sweet, along with her entire shop. Like your favorite auntie Angie. I should know. I have an aunt Angie! It gets busy in there, which is a sign that Cold Spring still has quality shops and eateries. This being a can't miss stop in your visit this fall. Be sure to take home a sampling of goodies for after dinner! You don't want to leave Angie's empty handed.

Angie's Bake Shop is a charming cafe on the main street of Cold Spring! We stopped by to grab something warm on a cold day. I got hot chocolate and a chocolate chip cookie. The hot chocolate was sweetly thick and sublime with 2 puffy marshmallows, and the cookie was crisp and pleasantly fudgy. Definitely worth dropping by!

    Harlequin cookie, turkey brie, caprese

We had a quick little lunch hear while wandering Coldspring. Place has just a few outdoor seating options which we snagged and ordered inside. Staff was helpful and food came out quick. There's greatttg baked good options and a pretty short/simple lunch menu with some sandwhich and salads. The panini options were pretty standard (we had Brie and caprese options) but the harlequin cooking was ouuuut of this world. It was Levain-esque for those of you who are farmiliar!!! I would definitely eat again. Nice option for a sweet treat on the main strip in Coldspring!

The donut was very crumbly and a bit hard to eat but having it around the straw helped especially at an event like this where you don't want to get your hands too dirty with finger foods. I felt that there could be more apple cider flavor because despite what you can see in the picture, there's a LOT of ice cream in there!! But overall loved the creative seasonal options!

As a…read moreloyal customer of over 20 years, I have had consistently positive experiences with their bakery for every occasion! However, the recent visits for my daughter's graduation cake were unsatisfactory. During both my initial visit and follow-up visit, the staff seemed unwelcoming and gave the impression that we were an inconvenience. I showed the baker a pic of my daughter's high school graduation cake and said I wanted almost the exact design but different logo and he made a disgusted face when he looked at a picture of it. I saw the look on his face and asked him what was wrong. I told him I got the cake from them and he didn't believe me because he doesn't remember making it. When I requested a cake featuring my daughter's school logo in fondant, the baker was hesitant due to the heat. I completely understand fondant doesn't do well in warm weather but the last one in my opinion was excellent. My suggestions for the design were not given due consideration. Given the $300 price tag, I believe customers deserve better than to feel dismissed and expect a more accommodating service. I will update my review once I pick up the cake to see how it comes out.
