Children are not recommended to come so it is very quiet and peaceful (and don't get me wrong, I like kids but as a mom it's nice to have some self care time). The ladies who have done my brows are excellent and usually I don't nave a reaction to the wax. If you'd like your brows dyed they have many colours and shades and use great quality products on you. You can also purchase the brow gel and powders/pencils etc they use. My rating is because of the price. $45 for a regular shaping and $60 for a shaping and dye. There is no option for a regular up keep. My eyebrows are naturally shaped and are extremely easy to tweeze and keep up with at home. I like getting he wax because obviously it lasts longer. Last appointment the girl was lovely but spent about 10 minutes with me when the appointment is supposed to last 30. I am definitely not getting my money's worth. On their website there is a "man's brows" option for $25 that does basically everything a brow couture does but no drawing your brows in afterwards. Why can't I pick that option? As a woman I find that sexist and not fair! I have no been back to the salon for months. I really do miss it though as its a gorgeous space with very friendly staff.

Any one could clearly see that client was visibly wincing, clenching her face, and was even bleeding. It was disturbing to watch, and I immediately hoped this esthetician would not be assigned to me. Unfortunately, when it became my turn, that same esthetician directed me to a chair. The salon was very busy being a Sunday afternoon and it quickly became apparent that speed was prioritized over proper service. I explained that three of my ten nails were cracking after only one week! Something I have never experienced before, my nails typically last until my next scheduled appointment. Instead of repairing them, the esthetician began buffing off the polish and then applied a clear coat, stating this would "fix" the issue. I clearly told her I did not want a temporary cover-up and wanted the nails properly repaired to prevent further damage. She insisted my nails themselves were cracked, which they were not. I am fully aware of the condition of my own nails. It was obvious she did not want to take the time to do the repair and was attempting a quick solution to move on to the next waiting clients. At that point, I declined the service, stating it was clear she was unwilling to properly fix the issue. I got up and muttered I don't know why anyone would ever come here exiting the salon deeply disappointed and frustrated after having waited 30 minutes before being attended to. It is disheartening to feel like clients are treated as nothing more than dollar signs. The $52 service plus a 20% tip I paid just one week prior clearly meant nothing. I will not be returning!
