This lady is not trustworthy. Always running late and makes up the time by skimping out on your cleaning. The pictures I am attaching were taken right after she left. I texted them to her and got no response. So then I called her and she would not answer. When she finally texted me back she said they would not be returning because they cannot please me... what?? I didn't care if they quit, but I wanted her to make it right by refunding half or coming back to finish the job. No response. Very unprofessional. This is my first time having someone to come to clean my house. Angie and her team gave me a good experience. We called a lot of places and they turned us down because we did not need the whole house to be cleaned. Angie didn't say no and brought two girls to clean my two bathrooms and one kitchen. I contacted at least six other cleaning services and Angie's had the best price. She responded promptly (through Yelp quote) and came by within the timeframe she promised. It was just Angie and one of her staff that came to clean our 2000 sq. ft. house in Walnut, which we were preparing for rental. She estimated it would take at least three hours to finish and she was able to finish within that time. She actually went over by about 10-15 minutes but charged me for three hours. She even did the inside windows within that time and also the outside of one large window. Most other places I contacted didn't do windows or would charge extra for them. Angie only charges by the hour, which was a big plus. There were few minor spots that were missed but it wasn't a big deal. I thought the price and overall work was great. I would definitely use her again in the future. read more

Ruv said they select the cleaning service for you send them over and only after the fact will tell you who they are so they are impossible to check out. They do the same with the rate so you only find out after the cleaners are done. Was probably the worst business model I've ever heard of. read more

Terrible. Complained the ceilings were too high (standard height). Spend 90 minutes cleaning And complaining too many items in bathroom. Definitely could not have cleaned the condo working as slow and she started. Told to go. I'll hire someone else and hopefully this one will never return. read more

Angie is a nice person but does not behave professionally. One of her helpers broke a lightbulb on a string of lights and Angie not only "forgot" to tell me, but instead of replacing it she just stopped answering my calls and texts. Very, very disappointing. read more

Literally just had Angie's crew here for a move-out cleaning, really just focusing on deep cleaning the restrooms & kitchen. Wiping the walls down & blinds. Its amazing. The crew worked their tails off to make this place shine. Looks better than when we moved in. Aside from the minor hiccup at the end, I'd reccomend them to anybody I know. Never having a need to hire a house cleaning crew. I debated and researched on yelp for the possible company to hire. I hired Angie's House Cleaning, because she sounded very friendly and confident on the phone. She came with one other lady the day of the cleaning. At first they were a little slow both of them working on one of my very small bathrooms for about an hour. However, the end work on both of my bathrooms was very good. I must say when they came to my kitchen they clean my cupboards oven stove and a small built in china. They did an amazing job specially oven and the kitchen vent. Without further explanation and showing little professionalism they canceled the service. When calling they could not give us an answer or find a way to assist us. So we canceled the service. I was looking for someone to a deep cleaning for my townhouse. During our conversation she told me she didn't need to see the house and it would be 3-4 hours and that she charged by the hour($60). I felt that she couldn't give me an accurate estimate if she hadn't seen the place. When I asked her to come see the house, she told me she was extremely busy to come give me an estimate. I am personally dissatisfied that she was not willing to give an accurate quote when I was willing to pay $240. Either way I think its for the best that I didn't hire her. read more

I was looking for a deep cleaning and read a lot of good reviews, so I asked Angie through the YELP app about her prices. She responded within the hour and we set up an appointment. She came over and brought 3 other ladies with her. She asked me what I wanted done and we walked from room to room showing her what I needed. Everyone got to work right away as there was a lot to do and she quoted me about 3 hours. I was probably there for the first hour and then left with my daughter to do some errands. She texted me they were done and just then my husband got home so I told him to pay her. She changed him for 4 hours but was there almost 3 1/2 hours as I was watching the time. I came home just when they left so I felt bad I wasn't there to thank them in person. As soon as I cams in the house it smelled good and as I walked the house looking at everything I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of work they did in such a short time. I didn't give them a 5 star because I specifically said to clean my china cabinet and they didn't. They also missed a few other minor stuff, for instance, my family room looked sparkling clean but one small table in that room and my printer were full of dust, I cleaned it myself. Maybe I'm just picky, but one of my bathrooms that everything from the toilet, sink, bathtub and floor looked great, and then the soap dispenser is not wiped clean. Would I recommend them? Definitely! Would I use them again? For sure! Maybe I would make a list like I usually do for my other cleaning lady. So, I read all her great reviews and I was excited to hire her :) I sent her a message telling her that I would like an initial deep clean and then subsequently I would like her to come every two weeks for about two-three months. I made contact with her in the morning via email and she contacted me late that night. I told her what days I was thinking, and she told me they were both booked. OK, no problem I emailed her... how about the following week? I heard nothing for a few days. I even texted her phone, the message showed "read" but she never replied? Finally she responded via email that, that was also booked. I gave her an OPEN week of dates where she can choose ANYTIME and she replied I'm booked. you're booked the whole week...well sweetheart, if you're so busy and you're so booked you should probably remove your yelp ad. Contacting her felt like I was bothering her. No "Thanks for contacting me", "Oh, I'm sorry, that day is booked... how about _____ day" nothing.. just. "I'm booked!" Well Angie, I hope you stay booked..because with THAT attitude you definitely aren't attracting NEW clients. read more

At the time Angie left my house, I was quite happy with the service I had received. She had been able to schedule me on my preferred day with only 2 days advance notice, showed up on time with a helper and all of her own supplies, got to work fairly quickly, and did a pretty thorough job on the room I had called her for. When they finished, they packed up and showed me the end result, and I was pleased. The job had taken only about an hour and a half, and I was committed to paying for the 2 hour minimum, so I asked if they could clean another area too (which I had mentioned at the beginning of the appointment). Angie happily obliged, and they retrieved their cleaning supplies from the car to clean my kitchen floor. Perhaps it's not unusual for a cleaning service to stop when they're done with the job, even when there is time remaining, but I for one don't have the time or money to be spending on getting less than what I pay for. Still, at the end of the 2 hours, I was happy with the job done and value for my money. I fully planned on leaving a glowing review and scheduling Angie again in the future. That was until I went to turn on the shower in the evening, and at the slightest touch, the handheld showerhead fell to the floor. I realized that it had merely been perched on the holder because it was not attached to the flexible hose anymore, and could not be reattached because the connector was completely cracked with one piece of the plastic almost completely detached from the rest. I was, of course, unhappy that the showerhead was broken (strike 1), but figured that I had requested a "deep cleaning" of this room, and accidents can happen. I was more annoyed that Angie didn't tell me what happened when she had finished the job (strike 2). There's no way she wasn't aware that it was broken, given how it had been perched on it's holder, and in hindsight I'm quite sure I heard the sound of it hitting the shower floor from where I was in the living room when it happened. Perhaps I should have gone to investigate at the time, but I am not the type to stand around watching my house cleaners like a hawk. In any case, the flexible hose itself is probably a less-than-$20 part, and I could easily have picked up a new one that afternoon if I had known it was broken. So I texted Angie about the damage (same communication method we had use for confirming the appointment after scheduling through Yelp), and over a week later I have had no reply from her. Strike 3, 1-star review, and I won't be calling her again. read more

They came to clean my apartment and left with a mess. The countertops in the kitchen and bathroom did not clean well with stains left. The most horrible thing is they stole all the stuffs left on the countertops. When I got back, the stuffs on the countertops went missing. I contacted them. And they denied it. Now, I had warned Angie on the phone that my place was going to be a big job, and repeated that when they showed up & I let them in. Booked Angie and her crew for a deep cleaning. I honestly didn't know what "deep cleaning" meant, but I just thought, "the cleaner the better." I holed myself up in one of the cleaner bedrooms that didn't need to be touched and just minded my own business. 3 hours later, the house looks amazing. Feels like when I just moved in. Even the crevices and corners of the kitchen that I didn't even think of were spotless. And it smells so fresh, and that's saying something since I live with 3 dogs who shed like crazy and stink up my house. Definitely worth the $180 and I will be booking again for monthly cleanings.
