I scheduled an appointment for an in person estimate. They came over, assessed the job and gave me a reasonable estimate. I scheduled a date and time for cleaning. Rosa, Jonathan and team did an amazing job on our house, performing a move-in deep cleaning and helping us get ready for rental. The house was empty, so wasn't expecting much, but they spent about 4 hours detailing all of the walls, cabinets, countertops, ceiling fans, and floors. The bathrooms were immaculate. The previous owner had cats so there was a lingering odor that they were able to remove. Charged extra for windows, but it was a reasonable price and well worth the extra fee. I got several quotes through Yelp's project manager, and Rosa's Cleaning Service was one of them. They offered to give me an estimate either by pictures or in-person, so they stopped by the next day and gave me a quote after checking out my house. I booked them for a one-time deep clean, and they estimated it would take about 5-6 hours. On the estimate they gave me a clear and concise detailed outline of what a deep clean would include, and I paid a little extra for windows to be cleaned. Wow am I impressed with their service. Our sinks, showers, and faucets have never been cleaner! Our floors are literally shining. The ceiling fans are spotless and absolutely dust-free. My kids' bathroom was in dire need of a deep cleaning--dried toothpaste on the walls, tile and grout super dirty, and the bathtub/shower coated in soap scum that I couldn't get off for the life of me. My daughter refused to use it, calling it "crusty-musty." Rosa's was one of the first to respond to my quote request, and by far and away was the best price of the group, especially considering it was just the one room needing to be cleaned. Service was good , I requested a quote for a move out cleaning the house was a complete disaster , I have worked in house cleaning before , and it was about 10-12 hours of cleaning wich they got done in one day, 12:00pm-7:00pm there were very few touch ups that needed to be done , the following day less than 30 minutes of time I called back which they did not want to come back, but still did anyway when they came back they did not seem happy at all, well in the cleaning business coming back for touch ups is just part of the job anyways it got done and the house is ready to go. Rosa is amazing! We had a move-out and move-in cleaning projects that we received various quotes for. Rosa already includes inside window, oven, and fridge cleaning with her deep cleans. Others give one price and note those items are extra. The move-in provided an obstacle, in that, we did not have electricity the day we scheduled. Rosa was very flexible. Her and her team did as much as they could and scheduled to come back the next day to finish - the same day as the move-out clean. Both houses needed a lot of love which is what they got. Rosa took care to clean every inch of both houses. One even looked like it had new paint! I only got to take pictures of the move-out as the move-in is filled with boxes. read more

I found Rosa's Cleaning Service on Yelp when I was looking for a cleaning service to clean our rental when we were moving out. Jonatan and his mother reached out to me and gave me a quote right away. Out of all the 7 companies I reached out to, they were the best responsive and scheduled my service right away. I hired them to do a deep clean on a 2 bed 1 bath house. They did an amazing job and left it spotless. Due to my wife an I have our first baby, we hadn't had the chance to clean the house in over a month because we were super busy. The house was extremely dirty when they took on the job and they did an incredible job. Even our landlord was extremely satisfied.
